Through a series of coincidences, I was able to participate in a study session co-sponsored by the Akita Sake Brewers Association and the Akita Brewing Experiment Station.
I have been drinking every day, but I became more and more fascinated with sake. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn.
After all, sake is so good!

Thank you, Pon-chan-san. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to take a class by an expert, and from 10:00 to 16:00, I studied sake tasting (or is it sake tasting?). I learned how to taste sake (tasting?) from 10:00 to 16:00.
