Akita's new sake rice "Momota" is grown in its own rice fields.
I bought it because of an ad in the newspaper.
It is fluffy, sweet, and light. Easy to drink.

Easy to drink. But I like it with a kick! This score.
This sake is made by Brand Blanco, a famous major sake brewer in Akita. Also, Takashimizu and Kitashika have a great production volume. They are more like sake factories than breweries.
But that doesn't mean it tastes bad, which is the interesting thing about sake.
