The production manager (probably a toji) of this sake embodies the concept of "delicious sake that you want to drink every day". It is available only at the head office or the official website.
I bought it at the main factory for the first time in a while because it is close to my house. Shinsei is also located close by.
If you know the location, you can enjoy the sake life more and more.
