So, here comes Snoclet.
I used to drink Yamadanishiki every winter, but this was my first time to drink Yuyamanishiki.
When I took off the casing, the casing flew to the next property 🪽.
It's been so long I forgot about it. Dangerous! LOL!
The aroma is the usual grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is quite dry, perhaps due to the difference in rice.
The acidity and bitterness stand out, and the taste is refreshing.
If you want to drink it in winter, Yamadanishiki is the way to go,
But as a summer sake, Yuyamanishiki might be a good choice! 😀 😀
