It's snowy, so it's full of pots and oranges. More ori and full of fresh acidity. It was rather spicy, and when we opened it at the end of the year, it was hard, but it became nice and round.
This is a Zodiac sign bottle. We have a sake suitable for the New Year. It has a little bit of gas. The impression changes a little depending on the sake.
SAMURAI. First time to drink. I started drinking it at the end of the work day, but it was not finished... It's just like Ramune. It's too easy to drink, so I can't work.
Since it's Christmas Eve... Nigorizake. It's a nigori sake that tends to be heavy, but it's easy to drink. The label doesn't look like it's Christmas at all, but it's really good and petit schwa!
Nuveau. It is full-bodied and sweet, but has a good balance of acidity. The image of this sake is fragrant and elegant, but the color of the label gives it a cute image this year.
It is a raw product out of the separate enclosure. It is clearer and less sweet than the one in the tank. I think this one is more like Daishinshu. I can't wait to compare Daishinshu at home.
I see this every day on social media. It's so popular that it's a bit of a turn-off. It has an elegant fruitiness and is as good as it gets. It's good that it's relatively easy to get even though it's so popular.
Tannery filling. When it comes to new sake, this is the best. The overflowing umami acidity is still there this year. We drink it every year, but it is delicious this year too!
Buried in the snow. I was interested in this brand during the free shipping campaign on the Nagano Prefecture Products EC site, and popped it in. It has a crisp mouthfeel and a beautiful flavor that has been matured. The temperature change is good. It's delicious.
The time for Tsukimi has passed. It has a slightly matured, lukewarm mouthfeel, and the flavor blossoms when it's warmed up. It's my favorite brand, but I wish more stores would carry it.
It is a little sweet and has an aged feeling like cocoa. It's not a trendy drink, but it's not old-fashioned either, and you can feel something solid and particular about it.
Gohyakumangoku. Fire-hot. A little fruitiness in the mouth. It disappears quickly from there. It has the firmness of Gohyakumangoku, but it is light and mysterious. The more you drink, the more delicious it becomes. It has revived well.
Yomimaru Shisui. I was able to buy it at the right time. Since it is Eikoh-fuji and Dewa no Sato, it is gorgeous. However, the elegant and gassy acidity does not make you feel uncomfortable. It's good enough to drink with food.
Yamaenishiki & Nagano D Yeast. It's my first brand. I've drunk a lot of Nagano sake, but I'm glad there are still some good ones. The dish is the one that I processed the ordered kijihata fish hard.
Sei Masamune, whose sensitivity is rising rapidly. It's made with glutinous rice and 4-step brewing. I don't know what it is, but it's delicious. It's sweet and umami like Nagano, but it's crisp and you can drink more. It's delicious.
P1 means "plus one" in Japanese. It's umami and spicy, and even though it's been laid down, it's got a nice gassy feel to it. I also enjoyed their other brand "Kamito".
Inanohana. A little special sake only available locally. I always want to drink Daishinshu when it is new sake and autumn agari. It has a mild acidity and a matured flavor that spreads like wildfire. I'll try it heated tomorrow.
