Shinshu Kamerei is very popular these days and I think it is hard to get it.
Sake Komachi. Momo-iro raw. Peach juice? It's not sake, for better or worse. It looks like it would be a hit with the girls if you bring it to a cherry blossom viewing party.
Lightly cloudy raw. A taste of the season. This is the first one to arrive in spring every year.
It has a pleasant aroma and a refreshing gaseous taste.
Green. Yamae Nishiki. The natural feeling is very good. When you taste it carefully, you can feel its receptiveness to your needs. A gem recommended for sake lovers.
