Mimurosugi純米吟醸 春酒ものがたり

I went to a sake brewery in search of a bottle of Mimurosugi, and was told that "Nara Prefecture's limited edition is called "Samorosugi" in Chinese characters", so I made an immediate decision to get this one.
I opened the bottle at home in Saitama, a long way away from home. The lid blew off to the ceiling due to the acidity.
It is my favorite with its nigari, acidity and sweetness. It is an easy-drinking sake with 13% alcohol content. I am very satisfied with this bottle that I had to go through a lot of trouble to get.

Iwanoi岩の井240 純米吟醸 無濾過生酒

Iwanoi 240 Chiba Sake
Made with 100% Yamadanishiki. The acidity and umami are well intertwined and very well balanced. It has a sourness that I like.
It has 17% alcohol by volume and is so good that you will feel quite good after drinking it.

The label on the back says "Junmai Ginjo" but it looks like Junmai Daiginjo.
The aroma and taste are of the highest quality. As expected from Kangiku.
My favorite sake brewer. I was able to enjoy it to the end of the bottle. I want to repeat this one.
