Mansaku no Hana Super Limited Junmai Daiginjo once-fired sake Rice: Akita Sake Komachi 54%, Hyogo Yamadanishiki 46 Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 45 Hinomaru Sake Brewery Purchased at a liquor store near my house Price: less than 2000 yen Seasonal sake, only available twice a year, with a new production date of September 2023. Continuing from the last time, I happened to come across an Akita sake, Akita Sake Komachi. This time it was a mix of Akita Sake Komachi and Hyogo Yamadanishiki. This was the first time I drank a sake made from a mix of rice since I started paying attention to sake. Personally, I had chosen to drink junmai ginjos because I wanted to try a variety of sake priced around 2,000 yen, so I wondered if junmai daiginjos had been this easy to drink after a long time. I wondered if the Junmai Daiginjo I had been drinking for a while was this easy to drink. The result! It was a delicious sake!

Yamato Shizuku Junmai Sake Yamadanishiki produced in Akita, directly bottled and heated Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 90 Rice: 100% Akita Yamadanishiki, rice, rice malted rice Akita Seishu Co. Purchased at Sakaya Kurihara, about 1800 yen Akita Seishu's sake, which I have wanted to drink for a long time. Made from Yamadanishiki produced in Akita, with a rice polishing ratio of 90%. I had it cold, and the aroma of rice was wonderful! And I felt the alcohol was a little strong and spicy. Perhaps it was because I drank Hiko-ichi last time, but it was easy to drink!

Tsukii Sake Brewery Hikoichi Junmai Ginjo 100% Oarai rice Alcohol 16%. About 1800 yen Purchased at the Oarai Sake Brewery Osonoe Shoten in Ibaraki. There was a sake brewery nearby, but we couldn't find it in time. I asked the shopkeeper about local sake. The shop staff recommended this sake. Hikoichi Junmai Ginjo The sake brewery is located in Oarai, and they seem to use rice from Oarai. We recommend drinking it at room temperature or hot. I drank it at room temperature. It is dry, not sweet, but has a strong aroma of rice. I drank it with ankou nabe, which is a dish of grilled squid in a hot pot, and it went very well with it! As the owner says, it is not an easy sake to drink, but I recommend it when you want a strong drink!

Dewazakura Special Junmai Sake HOKU Rice Rice Koji Domestic Alcohol 15%. Purchased at the Dewazakura Sake Brewery in Yamagata. It is a summer-only product. I drank it cold. It is a refreshing sake that can be drunk like water, but it is not too sweet. It is probably the best Dewazakura sake I have had recently!
