Purchased at a local liquor store
This time, the sake is from Miyagi Prefecture, again from the Tohoku region.
Apparently, the owner of a nearby liquor store is also fond of Tohoku sake, and he told me that he has a large selection of Tohoku and locally brewed sake.
The first sip was not too sweet and had a crisp aftertaste.
I am very frustrated with my lack of writing skills, but it is one of the sakes I would like to drink again!
The rice is also made from Sasanishiki, so maybe that's why it tasted so refreshing and delicious.
