Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio: 50% (100% used)
Rice: Gohyakumangoku, Saga rice
Alcohol content: 16% abv.
1520 Iwakura, Ogi-machi, Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, Japan
The brewer came to the local train station to sell this sake.
It was served cold.
It tasted fruity and sweet, and was easy to drink!
It is truly a local sake, made from Saga rice and produced in Saga!
I personally want to drink it again!
