Good evening. Tonight's sake is Keiryu, a 20 year old sake that has been aged for a long time. It has a mellow aroma, a rich honey-like taste, a deep acidity, and a rich color. All of them make us feel the passage of years. It gives you a nostalgic feeling, as if you are licking the honey from a big old tree. It has a similar feeling to Shaoxing wine. It may be because it is also aged. The koji is different, though. No need for snacks. You can enjoy this sake by itself.

I got it at last! Kudokukigake! I was attracted by this fruity taste when I drank it at an Izakaya, and I wanted to buy this sake someday. I finally found it at a liquor store in Sendai station. I'll try it on the rocks first. It's served in a Tsugaru-biidoro sake cup. The taste is something to fall in love with. It is thick and sweet, with a bit of sourness... I want to drink more and more. It is a magical sake.
