I drank Kamikimoto last night and was in a good mood.
It has a firm sourness, and when you drink it, you can feel the sourness. Personally, I think it goes well with fish dishes.
So, the dish is full of fish. The bonito tataki with sesame oil, ginger and rock salt, and seared spicy cod roe. I drank too much😋.

Good evening. Tonight's sake is Keiryu, a 20 year old sake that has been aged for a long time.
It has a mellow aroma, a rich honey-like taste, a deep acidity, and a rich color. All of them make us feel the passage of years.

I got it at last! Kudokukigake!
I was attracted by this fruity taste when I drank it at an Izakaya, and I wanted to buy this sake someday. I finally found it at a liquor store in Sendai station. I'll try it on the rocks first.
