Today is Ichinokura. Dry, refreshing and easy to drink! Drinking sake makes yakitori even more delicious, and delicious yakitori makes sake even more delicious... it's a positive feedback loop. Mmmmmm!

I grilled yakitori today. It's seasoned with Himalayan rock salt and chili peppers. The simple seasoning brings out the flavor of sake. It is a superstitious saying.
We are getting Akita sake with Tsugaru Biidoro. Isn't it beautiful? Tohoku is the heaven of sake drinking.

Home drinking. Chilled Mukontei, homemade grilled chicken and pork kim. I can't get enough of it. Mukontei is dry, goes well with the snacks, but has an assertive taste. When I noticed, it was half gone. Tonight, too, sake is sinking in.
Today, I'll be drinking Koshino Kanbai Kwawaeru cold. It's a refreshing sake that makes me feel even more refreshed. It will cool you down as the temperature and humidity rises in this season. We grilled some yakitori. The chicken skin is crispy. I can't get enough of it.
