The snow cottage is going to be finished today. It was delicious. Today's accompaniment is bonjiri and its skin seasoned with garlic salt and yuzu salt. I think I need to train myself to cook bonjiri well. In order for it to become a suitable yakitori to accompany Yukino Kayasha! (What am I saying?) Anyway, the snow cayenne is melty and sweet, and I'm addicted to it. It's past 1:30am. I have to go to bed.

It's Chifuku again today. It's getting more and more delicious day by day. I made pork shabu for snack. I was out of sesame sauce, so I made a special sauce using soy sauce, garlic, sugar, water, dashi soy sauce, and sesame oil from Cookpad. It's a good night. Happy night♥️ to everyone!

It's Friday night! Let's drink at home! Today we'll be drinking Senfuku-chan, a sake from Kure in Hiroshima. The best drink to go with it is Oden! Senfuku-chan seems to have a sweeter taste when it's been aged for a while. Maybe it's just my imagination. I'm in a good mood and drunk 🤭Best regards

Today is Ichinokura. Dry, refreshing and easy to drink! Drinking sake makes yakitori even more delicious, and delicious yakitori makes sake even more delicious... it's a positive feedback loop. Mmmmmm!

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Yukinokaya, it's really delicious. You can feel that this sweet taste is made from the delicious water, can't you? The taste changes with each bite, and I feel like I'm being played by the sake. I'm definitely a drunk! (laughs) I grilled yakitori today. It's seasoned with Himalayan rock salt and chili peppers. The simple seasoning brings out the flavor of sake. It is a superstitious saying. We are getting Akita sake with Tsugaru Biidoro. Isn't it beautiful? Tohoku is the heaven of sake drinking.

It's thick and faintly sweet, but light. The yeast has a strong presence. It is a sake from Kure in Hiroshima. This is my first time to try it. The yakitori is the usual one (lol). When I hear the word Hiroshima, I want to eat Hiroshima-yaki.

Home drinking. Chilled Mukontei, homemade grilled chicken and pork kim. I can't get enough of it. Mukontei is dry, goes well with the snacks, but has an assertive taste. When I noticed, it was half gone. Tonight, too, sake is sinking in.

Today, I'll be drinking Koshino Kanbai Kwawaeru cold. It's a refreshing sake that makes me feel even more refreshed. It will cool you down as the temperature and humidity rises in this season. We grilled some yakitori. The chicken skin is crispy. I can't get enough of it.
