This is also my first time checking in... It's a local sake from Fukaura, Aomori Prefecture. It's crisper than Shirakami no uta. I don't have enough vocabularies, lol. It goes well with tuna dishes.
Aomori is Nishitsugaru, and I have a drink in Fukaura. It is a sake with a clear and dry taste, and the flavor of rice remains. It goes well with fish dishes. Today, we are having a Kaiseki dinner at the hotel. We are enjoying a relaxed and unusual life.
