Today I opened my first grandchild. My first grandchild, but not my first grandchild yet 😋.
I'm drinking it cold. What can I say, it has a strange taste. Even though it's cold, it feels mellow and warm. I feel like it's a different type of sake than I've ever had before.
Today's snack is sashimi of bonito. It is seasoned with kujo leek, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, Himalayan salt and sea salt. It goes well with sake.
Tomorrow is Monday, but let's work hard.
