I had a bottle of unpasteurized Shimehari Tsuru sake! It had a gentle mouthfeel that didn't let me feel the 20 degrees of alcohol and a gentle sweetness that came later. The label says it is also good on the rocks. It's worth a try! I've had other types of Jizuhari Tsuru, and I've never been disappointed, so I can buy it with confidence.

I had a Risshun morning shibori. It had a slight acidity in the aftertaste and a gassy feeling that only unpasteurized sake can have. I was very satisfied with this clear, good luck sake that I could drink one after another.

This was the first time I had a bottle of the local favorite Mizuo sake. Or rather, it's the sake that I remember my father choosing as a souvenir of local sake when my sister was getting married. LOL! The image I had of Mizuo was that of a dry and clean sake, but this one has the gas, acidity, and fruity aroma of unpasteurized sake. It's frustrating that I can't describe it in concrete terms, but it's a good enough sake to savor little by little. Purchased in January, 2022

I bought this sake at the end of last year, and it gave me the opportunity to fall in love with nigori sake. You can enjoy the flavor of the lees, and it has a gassy and crisp aftertaste. I bought it again after reading about it on Sake no Wa and learning that it goes well with meat dishes that have a strong flavor, and that it is also delicious warmed. It's still delicious! The aroma of the lees can be felt more strongly when it is heated. Maybe this one is easier to match with food? I recommend this one, which seems to become a winter staple every year. We had it. On the blog of a liquor store I frequent, it was written that Shinshu Kameari is the king of local sake. Recently, there are reports on when it will be in stock and the number of bottles is limited, which shows how popular it is. I have always wanted to try Mikotsuru's Yamae Nishiki. The sake shop told me to try it in a wine glass, so I did. It was sweet and sour. It has a refreshing impression with a sense of gas from the first taste. Just like wine! The next time I prepare cheese, I won't be able to stop. The gold lettering on the bottle always catches my eye at the liquor store. I'm curious to see what the other sake rice is like.

We had this at the end of the work day - the stable Dai Shinshu! I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, the Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling or the Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling that was sold next to it, but I bought this one which is selling well tomorrow. As the warning on the bottle says, open it with gusto! It's got a strong carbonation and rice flavor, but it's also very modestly sweet. I think it's appropriate for the first drink at the beginning of the year when relatives gather.

I asked him if he had any sake that would go well with sushi. and this is the one that was recommended to me. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing flavor that spreads. It's what you would call a "food sake"... it doesn't interfere with the assertiveness of the ingredients. It was the best match for sushi.

I enjoy drinking from this time during the night shift week. I bought this when I saw it being heavily promoted at a liquor store. The fruity taste and strong gas cans make it easy to drink in the hot daytime. It is a fresh sake that is different from Niigata's sake that has an image of being light and dry.

The Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake we bought a month ago was so good So I bought the summer nama-shu next. At first it has a sweet aroma (melon-like?). The aftertaste is slightly bitter, and it has a clean aftertaste. I drank it for a week and it never lost its carbonation.

I bought this Mizuo on a recommendation from a liquor store in my neighborhood. It's only raw sake, so it's slightly carbonated after opening the package. It has no peculiarity and the aftertaste is very fruity!
