よしきI bought this sake at the end of last year, and it gave me the opportunity to fall in love with nigori sake. You can enjoy the flavor of the lees, and it has a gassy and crisp aftertaste.
I bought it again after reading about it on Sake no Wa and learning that it goes well with meat dishes that have a strong flavor, and that it is also delicious warmed.
It's still delicious! The aroma of the lees can be felt more strongly when it is heated. Maybe this one is easier to match with food? I recommend this one, which seems to become a winter staple every year.
