We had this at the end of the work day - the stable Dai Shinshu!
I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, the Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling or the Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling that was sold next to it, but I bought this one which is selling well tomorrow.
As the warning on the bottle says, open it with gusto!
It's got a strong carbonation and rice flavor, but it's also very modestly sweet. I think it's appropriate for the first drink at the beginning of the year when relatives gather.
