I had a bottle of unpasteurized Shimehari Tsuru sake!
It had a gentle mouthfeel that didn't let me feel the 20 degrees of alcohol and a gentle sweetness that came later.
The label says it is also good on the rocks. It's worth a try!
I've had other types of Jizuhari Tsuru, and I've never been disappointed, so I can buy it with confidence.
