よしきThis was the first time I had a bottle of the local favorite Mizuo sake.
Or rather, it's the sake that I remember my father choosing as a souvenir of local sake when my sister was getting married. LOL!
The image I had of Mizuo was that of a dry and clean sake, but this one has the gas, acidity, and fruity aroma of unpasteurized sake.
It's frustrating that I can't describe it in concrete terms, but it's a good enough sake to savor little by little.
