The sake shop told me to try it in a wine glass, so I did.
It was sweet and sour. It has a refreshing impression with a sense of gas from the first taste.
Just like wine! The next time I prepare cheese, I won't be able to stop.
The gold lettering on the bottle always catches my eye at the liquor store. I'm curious to see what the other sake rice is like.
