I was going to say "please buy me a drink (≠ lots of drinks)" if I didn't get one in return, since we are seniors who work together in the same department. I got it, but my liver was in "I'm ready to drink, I'm ready to drink" mode, so I went to a corner bar at Kawasaki station and had a drink by myself. It was also a reward for starting up the simulation environment.
I'm posting this one because it was sweet and to my liking 😁It says on the menu that it has acidity, but to me it was sweet and delicious.
（I'm not satisfied (of course), but I'll go home and drink the rest of the Central ❤️

First experience with "Makiki", which I had never had at Takachiyo Brewery and was curious about!
The micro-bubble washing & flat milling method of washing and grinding rice aside, it's delicious!
More refreshing than the Hiragana Takachiyo, but fruity and with just the right amount of gas!

I went to a restaurant I had planned to visit yesterday.
FURUMAIYA is located on the 3rd floor of Atre in Kawasaki Station.
It is a store that sells only Niigata-Nagano-Toyama-Fukui-Ishikawa sake and also has a corner bar.
First of all, I looked around. The selection was amazing!
There are a lot of Imadaiji sakes that I remember 🦪.

I liked the rice flavor of Junmai better than the elegance of Daiginjo that day: ⭕️

There is nothing sharp about it, but rather a mild taste and aroma that is pleasant in a way that I have never experienced with existing sake.
This is the best sake I have ever tasted as a regular sake, and I would like to drink it again.

Koshitanrei is the name of the sake rice. It seems to be a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
I misunderstood it to be a light and dry sake, but the shopkeeper said it was sweet, so I bought it.
Koguro Shuzo was acquired by DHC in 2014 and is now DHC Shuzo.
The KJ symbol on the label means kosher certification (it's OK for Jews to eat it).
