あさころもFirst sake in a long time! My first red dragonfly (-ᴗ-♡) The smell is heavy just after opening the bottle. When I poured it into a glass, it smells sweet. But when I drank it, it wasn't as sweet as it smelled! It is surprisingly tasty with a strong acidity. I like Sentori after all! I drank it about a week after opening the bottle. I thought it might be a little sweeter than I expected. But it was almost the same. In fact, the acidity is even more pronounced and tasty.

あさころもHanamup♡Hanamup♡ I didn't buy it because they always sell only one bottle. but this time The moment I opened it, it smelled so good that I loved it. When I drink it, it is sweet, bitter and thick. It's delicious! I was told it has a sour taste. I didn't understand it at first. LOL. But gradually, I started to understand it. I'm still learning how to make it. I still need more training 🤣 lol It was a different sake rice from the one I drank before. I was surprised to see how different it was from the Hanayuup I drank before. I learned a lot. LOL! I had only had a cup of sake in Shizuoka I had never had it before. ぶんずI came across a guerrilla sale at the Sakuramoto Maruyama store where I stopped by while walking. I bought a bottle of Jikin and a bottle of Beetle. I brought it to a sake party at a friend's house. I was really lucky to be able to purchase this bottle. Now, myself, this is the second bottle. Compared to the previous one, I wonder if it is a fire-brewed type. It has a mild mouthfeel and a bit of sweetness that is mellow.
