Here's the first drink of the day, on top of forgetting to raise it too. It has a crisp aroma with a hint of sourness, which is typical of sake. It is refreshing on the palate. Sourness and light rice flavor. Slightly alcoholic spiciness. The aroma of ginjo is subtle, but it is also very crisp and clean. It is a typical Kochi sake. The entrée makes the most of it. 4/5 stars for my favorite.

The one I forgot to fry. The nectar is typical of Takachiyo, with a munchy, nectar-like aroma. The texture is light and thick. Nectar like white peaches, fruity rice flavor. The depth of acidity, fragrance, and a hint of astringency are reminiscent of orange. The body is not too full, so it doesn't falter. The lingering aftertaste flows slowly. Delicious! My favorite 4/5 stars.

It is glossy and has a slightly mellow and green aroma. It is also smooth to drink. It has a sense of transparency. It immediately has a strong acidity, dry rice, and graininess. The rest of the taste is somewhat lychee-like. The lingering aftertaste slowly fades away, leaving a full-bodied finish. It is said to be a pure sake, but it is very gentle. It moderately neutralizes the fat of meatballs. Taste level ☆3/5
