When you drive on Route 19 in Kiso, you will see signs all over the place for sake. I knew the name, but had never had it. I bought it at Daily Yamazaki because it was on sale there.
The aroma is subtle, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sourness. When you drink it, it has a light and bright flavor with sweetness. It is full-bodied, with a slight bitterness that gradually fades away.
The impression of sweetness is strong, and it is different from the image I had from the name. It is delicious.
The aroma of gently sweet rice spreads in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. The aftertaste is refreshing.
The taste changes after the bottle is opened.
I just wanted to hear Northern Cross.
I bought May'n's album😅
She's the diva of Macross F 😉.
Well, well, well
Nakanori-san bubble well.
Sweet and tasty 😆
No al feeling 😁.
Even elementary school kids can drink it!
It's 9% and 500ml, so it went quickly.
I had to open and close the bottle several times to open it without it blowing out.
It spilled when I poured it into a glass😅.
I purchased this Nakanori-san during a sake shop tour in Kita-Osaka with Rafa-san. I finally opened it👍.
I was a little bit nervous about the Wakanami that you recommended, but this impressive label won my heart 😅.
According to the store's explanation, it is a blend of junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo with only the "blame" part.
The "Sekime" is the part that is squeezed at the end and is rarely made into a product.
The idea of collecting them and making one bottle is amazing.
The brewer is from Hiroshima Prefecture, so the word "buti" means "very, great, mega" in the Hiroshima dialect.
The word "hyena" means "to crowd" or "to mix".
The handwritten label and the name are sure to be a hit with everyone. ‼️
The taste is still full of body, but it's delicious 😋💕It's full of complex flavors right after you put it in your mouth, but once you swallow it all, you'll find that it's delicious and the glasses will go down one after another. It was a strange and delicious drink 😊💕
Good morning, Wakata-san 😀
I saw it at the store too and my feelings were swayed, but I held back because of the situation with my fridge 🤣.
I regret a little bit that I should have gotten it after reading this report 😅.
Hi Wakata 😃
I didn't know that the toji of Nakanori-san was from Hiroshima 😳 I didn't know that 😄.
I'm not sure if it's too late, but I'd like to try it again 😊.
Good evening Rafa 😃I finally got my hands on some 👍It's amazing how you can collect only sesames and blend them together and not ruin the taste ✨It was an interesting sake from the concept to the taste 😋.
Aladdin, good evening 😃I also learned about Hiroshima from Kadoya 😅Nakanori-san, so far I've only had Awaiyoba and this one, but I liked both of them, so I'm determined to follow them 👍✨.
Nakanori-san from last year's Shinshu Jizake distribution times that I drank last week: ‼️
Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋.
I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it.
It has a taste that is typical of Shinshu sake, and would go well with soba noodles or even meat 😋.
This kind of sake is perfect for a regular drink 👍
👘
Next up was Nakanori-san.
The rice flavor was strong and sweet, and since it was a small bottle, it was gone in no time.
I was working today, thinking that I could drink beer while working and it wouldn't interfere with my work.
Izakaya near Hakozaki Station
A brand I've never seen before.
The label was cute, so I ordered it.
Mysterious, with no mention of the rice used to make the sake or the rice polishing ratio.
Drink it cold
Colorless and transparent
Gorgeous aroma
Rich and full-bodied on the palate
Delicious with a wild taste like unfiltered sake
The sharpness of the flavor is good and does not remain in the mouth for a long time.
The aftertaste is quite short.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to match with food in spite of its richness.
The impression of richness and cleanness does not change even if it is warmed up.
Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai!
The last 2 bottles for last year!
Now you can open this year's hanpukai without any worries✨
I've been drinking Zenkichi, but this is my first time to drink Nakanori!
It has a sweet umami flavor, but it's also easy to drink with some acidity in the aftertaste 😋.
Personally, I felt like it was a Nagano sake✨.
The mysterious little bottle 🫙 that Manachie gave me.
I chickened out thinking it might be a tired day's p*ssy, but it was whiskey 🥃.
I only drink it with a highball, but Rigel recommended it ✨ straight up!
It's so sweet and delicious 😋!
It's rich and delicious even in highball 🥰.
I'm so happy to have a great one 😊.
Thank you ✨
Nagano Prefecture
Alcohol 15%.
Rice Nagano
The title of the sake is frightening, but the taste has a clear sweetness typical of Nakanori and is easy to drink.
However, it has a strong alcohol taste.
It has a strong aftertaste, so it goes well with well-seasoned snacks.
Yesterday and today my daughter had a good result in a game and I went to the liquor store to have a sparkling drink with my hardworking mom and found this one.
It's something that hasn't been around much since we got a 0°C fridge, but it's been a while since I've had a healthy burst of bubbles 🫧.
The cage is automatically stirred😊.
Shwashy bubbles, pleasant aroma and refreshing yogurt & creaminess when you include it, rice flavor, and a refreshing acidity from the cupped and refreshing aftertaste that is typical of low al 9%. No bitterness in the aftertaste.
This is delicious 😋.
The only thing is that it is only 500mL.
But it's good to drink it while it's still fresh.
The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto.
A comparison of contrasting drinks from Shinshu and Ishikawa. It is the ultimate in rich sweetness, sweet and delicious. It is not clingy, but easy to drink. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki.
This sake was the first to disappear.
Nagano, Japan
test brewing cocoromi part2
Sake made with test brewing rice from Nagano prefecture, which is yet to be released to the public.
(It is said that this rice will soon be available to the public.)
It has a very strong flavor, and the slight carbonation is enjoyable.
It has a strong alcoholic feeling in the throat and is very drinkable.
