The aroma is a faint raw junmai aroma. One sip and the aroma of ginjo passes through the nose along with a pleasant raw taste.❗️❗️Good sake❤️

It's in the same family as the Buraan that I drank before, but it's a mellow line.
I think it was more mellow than BURA-ON.

Speaking of rewards for a business trip to Nagano,..,
Three of us came on a business trip, one of us is a nicotine 🚬 anyway, and the other one doesn't drink sake, so we had no choice! (I'm going to say it twice, even though it's the third bottle I'm posting because it's important.) I'm drinking alone.
This is a comparison of three different kinds of sake at Shinshu Kurado.
The last one is Nakanori-san, which is rapidly rising in my estimation.
It is not as sweet as Akanesasu, but the added flavor of the rice gives it a delicious "umai" feeling.
Nakanori-san, all the sakes we drank were delicious.
It's still not enough as a reward for listening to a 5-hour lecture on power circuits💦 (some flag).
Postscript.
I decided on beer😅.
