Nice to meet you, Nakanori-san!
The aroma is of apples, with a slight hint of sweet and sour, bitterness, and astringency mixed together in a well-balanced manner to create a complex flavor. The last taste is sharp and pungent, and it disappears cleanly and crisply, so it is perfect for this hot season when you want another cup.
Zenkichi from the same brewery is also delicious, but Nakanori is just as good 😋.
A gift from my mother-in-law who is a biker.
My mother-in-law and I are good friends who give each other sake and sake lees as gifts.
We received a bottle of Nakanori's No. 1.
It is a special junmai, and you can taste the sweetness of the rice. It's smooth and sweet, but not too strong. It was gone in no time 😆.
The bottle #1 is very convenient, isn't it?
I want some more, but I don't want to open a new one. It is very useful for a very common situation.
Good morning, Maru!
You and your mother-in-law have a wonderful relationship✨
And you are a cool biker 🏍️
Those 1-goupe bottles come in handy 😁✨✨.
I always have a few one-cup and one-goupe bottles on hand 😊.
Hi ma-ki-, ☀️
I got my motorcycle license after I was over 50 years old and we were all worried but I am riding safely and in a good mood😊.
Do you also have a regular kit? I might do the same 😁.
3.5/5
Very energetic sake.
Took about 10 minutes to open the bottle.
I deducted points for waiting too long. The taste was sweet and easy to drink because of the low alcohol content.
Let's try a sake you've never tried before series!
The aroma is ink. The aroma is ink, classic.
However, the taste is interesting, as it has a juicy flavor and a minerality that is typical of Nagano sake.
It is classified as dry, I guess.
It has a rich umami and a refreshing aftertaste!
Nagano is still too deep.
Slightly refreshing aroma.
Surprisingly soft and syrupy texture.
Slightly sweet and sour with a hint of sourness.
Apple, etc.
Slightly tingling and raw?
Compared to the previous two, it was a bit hazy.
Taste level 3/5
Hello, Uchi~'s super~ryu!
It's so exciting when you hit on a good sake for the first time ⤴️
The snacks look delicious too 🤤.
Nakanori-san, if I see you, I'd like to bring you along 😋.
Nakazen Sake Brewery Nakanori-san, Fuetsu Seiarashi Junmai Ginjo, in-house cultivated rice Yamae Nishiki, served cold.
Brilliant & refreshing aftertaste.
Umami & acidity spreading on the palate.
It is a well-balanced sake.
This time it is Yamae Nishiki, but Miyamanishiki is also available. I would like to try it once.
Hello, Ponchan-san. It is called "Nakanori-san Junmai Ginjo Contract Cultivated Rice Miyamanishiki" and has a white label with Nakanori-san written in gold. Please try it if you see it.
👘
Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 16%.
I found out after researching the deadlift I do at the gym that this time last year I weighed 52.5kg, but now I weigh 65kg🫢I guess if you work at it hard you can become a strong person.
Today's sake is Nakanori from the hanpukai. It is one of the sakes I came to know and love from the hanpukai. It has a nice balance of sweet and tasty, and it's not too assertive, so I can drink more and more of it. I guess I was a little under-hydrated after the gym and I could feel the first sip soaking into my stomach walls. Good kids, don't copy 😅.
Good morning, Ane! 🙋
Nakanori, that looks delicious 👍.
The label has dignity.
Deadlift, that's great!
As we get older, we lose muscle in our hips, so continuity is important! 😁😁
Ane, good evening 🌛.
The best thing about going to the gym is breaking records and feeling like you're growing compared to past results 🥰 Let's believe in our growth and keep on drinking ✨.
The "Nakanori-san" from the hanpukai was delicious 😋.
Tomoyuki Kumagai, good morning 😁.
I'm still trying to find out why it's a dancing label 😅.
I started deadlifting 8 or 9 years ago, I started with 30kg then. Wow, double 👀.
Good morning, Gyve 😌.
I originally started going there for rehabilitation of my bicycle accident, but before I knew it, it turned into a muscle training program😅my stiff joints are much better now.
Nakanori, that was delicious 😋.
