Mr. Nakanori.
Brewed by Nakazen Sake Brewery in Kisodani, Nagano Prefecture, this is a bottle for the 2024 Hanpukai made with Yamae Nishiki grown in-house.
It has a muscat aroma with banana nuances on the nose,
In the mouth, it has a mild texture with a slight dustiness, which is the result of the soft water drawn from the side well in front of the brewery from the abundant underground water in the Ontake mountain range.
The fruity sweetness and beautiful acidity are refreshingly clean and crisp with a tight bitterness. This is delicious!
Lactic acidic flavor, sweet and slightly bitter with a sharp taste.
Gone in an instant. In a way, the way it blows out after opening the bottle w Mentos Cola.
It's delicious!
The balance of flavor, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and aroma is badass!
It's fruity and sharp, but it's strange that it has a unique flavor and presence!
In any case, it is surely delicious!
It has a silky texture with a hint of spice, but it is also highly carbonated and refreshing!
The sweetness is quite strong,
but it is not cloying and has a strong acidity and umami flavor.

Delicious!
It was lighter than I expected, with very little alkali flavor, and I never got tired of drinking it. It is a great help to have a good, complete honjozo.
Purchased at liquor store
Jacket purchase as usual.
Last time I bought it again, I didn't know what it was because I didn't have the details 😂.
Cold sake
Tropical(?) flavor. Slightly floral aroma
Slightly acidic with a hint of rice flavor and thickness
Slightly refreshing
The aftertaste is normal.
It is more for a mid-meal drink.
Repeat purchase from last year
I'm hoping for the best
This is really Japanese Champagne!
My personal favorite.

When you drive on Route 19 in Kiso, you will see signs all over the place for sake. I knew the name, but had never had it. I bought it at Daily Yamazaki because it was on sale there.
The aroma is subtle, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sourness. When you drink it, it has a light and bright flavor with sweetness. It is full-bodied, with a slight bitterness that gradually fades away.
The impression of sweetness is strong, and it is different from the image I had from the name. It is delicious.
The aroma of gently sweet rice spreads in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. The aftertaste is refreshing.
The taste changes after the bottle is opened.
I just wanted to hear Northern Cross.
I bought May'n's album😅
She's the diva of Macross F 😉.
Well, well, well
Nakanori-san bubble well.
Sweet and tasty 😆
No al feeling 😁.
Even elementary school kids can drink it!
It's 9% and 500ml, so it went quickly.
I had to open and close the bottle several times to open it without it blowing out.
It spilled when I poured it into a glass😅.
I purchased this Nakanori-san during a sake shop tour in Kita-Osaka with Rafa-san. I finally opened it👍.
I was a little bit nervous about the Wakanami that you recommended, but this impressive label won my heart 😅.
According to the store's explanation, it is a blend of junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo with only the "blame" part.
The "Sekime" is the part that is squeezed at the end and is rarely made into a product.
The idea of collecting them and making one bottle is amazing.
The brewer is from Hiroshima Prefecture, so the word "buti" means "very, great, mega" in the Hiroshima dialect.
The word "hyena" means "to crowd" or "to mix".
The handwritten label and the name are sure to be a hit with everyone. ‼️
The taste is still full of body, but it's delicious 😋💕It's full of complex flavors right after you put it in your mouth, but once you swallow it all, you'll find that it's delicious and the glasses will go down one after another. It was a strange and delicious drink 😊💕
Good morning, Wakata-san 😀
I saw it at the store too and my feelings were swayed, but I held back because of the situation with my fridge 🤣.
I regret a little bit that I should have gotten it after reading this report 😅.
Hi Wakata 😃
I didn't know that the toji of Nakanori-san was from Hiroshima 😳 I didn't know that 😄.
I'm not sure if it's too late, but I'd like to try it again 😊.
Good evening Rafa 😃I finally got my hands on some 👍It's amazing how you can collect only sesames and blend them together and not ruin the taste ✨It was an interesting sake from the concept to the taste 😋.
Aladdin, good evening 😃I also learned about Hiroshima from Kadoya 😅Nakanori-san, so far I've only had Awaiyoba and this one, but I liked both of them, so I'm determined to follow them 👍✨.
Nakanori-san from last year's Shinshu Jizake distribution times that I drank last week: ‼️
Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋.
I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it.
It has a taste that is typical of Shinshu sake, and would go well with soba noodles or even meat 😋.
This kind of sake is perfect for a regular drink 👍
