Local Chiba cold chrysanthemum representative: 🇯🇵🫡 Yes, a chrysanthemum. This is the chrysanthemum of the cold. Even blindfolded, it's still a chrysanthemum. I think it's the best among all the muddy brews this season... I haven't drunk other muddy sake so much... lol I would like to recommend this sake to people who don't drink sake very often. I'll give it a serious review, it has the usual Kangiku feel with a hint of sweetness but also a bit of bitterness, it's just the right balance and it's delicious. Don't buy again next year ✨

Nagano, Shinshu Kamerei🐢. I bought this sake at a liquor store near the Okazaki Sake Brewery on a trip to Nagano and let it sit for a while. It is a very tasty sake. However, I felt something similar, though slightly different from bitterness. I will enjoy the progress.

The number one sake I've had this season🐶. In other words, sweet white wine... Too good! My favorite! Don Pisha😏🍸. I read in the description of some liquor store that it has a sake degree of -100. Chrysanthemum Sake, 15%. Last year, it was a instant kill! Was it? This is the much talked-about Kangiku. Yes, it is Kangiku. It was better than the Discovery blue I had the other day🥴. The carbonation is a bit stronger and you can feel the shwash in your mouth. It's a good value for money if you can taste this kind of chrysanthemum for only 1,500 yen 💰.

I found this sake at a liquor store I first visited on a recent expedition to Nagano Prefecture. The label sticker said "Fuki" in red, so I thought, hmm? What is this? The hijirizumu? I thought, and bought it. I thought it would take a long time to open the bottle, so I was right to prepare a ball. The bottle overflowed with such force that it looked like a whale spouting. Please refer to the photo. The taste was as I had expected, and it was in the same category as the hijirizumu. It is not as sweet as hijirizumu, but it is moderately sweet and tasty. The gasiness can be described as "Wilkinson" lol. There are still a lot of sake in the world that we don't know about.

Low al✖️No.77yeast I bought this sake at a local liquor store because I enjoyed Tobirazumi's Tobiteki series that I drank at an event in Toyosu this year. It's rude to lump them together as Akita sake, but Akita sake is of a very high level. The hina was also elegant and delicious. Since it is low-alcohol, there is no boozy feeling of alcohol, so it was easy to drink.
