Timeline
いーじーBuy at the liquor store
Abbey's local brand
First time I've heard of it 😳
The owner says you might not recognize it unless you're told it's Abé.
He recommends heating it up
Cold sake
Smooth and smooth on the palate.
The sweetness and umami characteristic of honjozo sake gradually spreads.
The aftertaste is dry and crisp.
Certainly no aberrancy at all 🤔.
When warmed up to lukewarm, the full flavor comes out and it's much more to my liking.
Around 40 degrees may be just right. いーじーPurchased at liquor store
Jacket purchase as usual.
Last time I bought it again, I didn't know what it was because I didn't have the details 😂.
Cold sake
Tropical(?) flavor. Slightly floral aroma
Slightly acidic with a hint of rice flavor and thickness
Slightly refreshing
The aftertaste is normal.
It is more for a mid-meal drink. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. It is a jacket purchase.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued.
It has a calm, yet voluminous rice flavor. There is an astringent aftertaste.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for intermediate level sake drinkers. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. It is a jacket purchase.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued.
Slight acidity and round, soft umami.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. Rare.
As with my last post, I bought it after learning of the damage from the news on the internet.
Cold sake.
The aroma is modest.
It is said to be dry among Garakudai. It has a soft and gentle umami on the palate, but has a great sharpness after swallowing. A little sweetness was felt. The aftertaste is normal.
Good as a food sake.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced drinkers of sake. abe純米 Vol.5 おりがらみ生酒純米生酒おりがらみ いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. Rare.
I bought it after seeing on the internet news that the brewery had been damaged.
Cold sake.
The aroma is refreshing and has a certain coolness to it.
The aftertaste is slightly light and the complex astringency that lingers on the palate is impressive. The aftertaste is rather long.
Good as a food sake.
Recommended for sake beginners. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
Rare?
Cold sake.
Slight lactic acid aroma.
I have had Asahiran and Saido before, but this time the acidity was the most assertive. The bitterness from the latter half is also characteristic. No sweetness. It is a taste that those who like the bitterness of grapefruit will be addicted to.
Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
Is the rarity very high?
At room temperature.
Slight ginjo aroma.
Medium-hard water, powerful but not too heavy. Slightly dry. Many Hokkaido sake such as Kunimei and Kokushimusou are heavy, sharp, and classic, but this is more of a modern classic.
It has a slightly long aftertaste.
I had it with hot bean curd. It tasted like a good food sake, and I never got tired of drinking it.
Even beginners can enjoy this sake. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
It was the last bottle of summer sake.
A sake produced in Fukui Prefecture, which is not seen very often. Rarity is quite high.
Serve it cold.
The alcohol content is low at 13.5 degrees and the slightly carbonated taste makes it easy to drink.
It has a strong acidity for a sake from Fukui. That said, the body is normal.
The aftertaste is normal.
Because of its strong acidity, it seems to go well with Chinese and other dishes.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers. いーじーDrinking at a sake store.
Nakanori-san was purchased as a souvenir two years ago at Naraijuku with my family. They say it is a test brewed sake.
The rarity is very rare.
Cold sake.
It has a modern but core and thick impression.
There is not much acidity, and the umami gradually spread to the palate.
The aftertaste is normal.
Recommended for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers. いーじーTasting at a liquor store.
Abeno's standard sake. I had the impression that the summer sake I drank before was very good.
Rare degree is high.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma.
Sweetness and acidity that is full but not candy-like. The taste is not boring. As I thought when I drank the last summer sake, I realized that Abeno's sake is light but has a core and a very earthy and powerful flavor.
The aftertaste is normal.
From a sake beginner. いーじーTasting at a sake shop.
Garakudai, a Niigata sake rarely seen in Kansai and Kyushu. The rarity is very high.
Cold sake.
It is a test brew of Junmai Daiginjo and limited to 1000 bottles.
The aroma is rather mild.
It has a very modern taste, not like Niigata sake, which tends to be light and dry. It was very tasty with sweetness, acidity, and lightness.
The aftertaste is normal.
It can be enjoyed by beginners of sake. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
It is another brand of Izumi Shuzo, the brewer of Senzuke, which is often seen in Osaka. I bought it because I thought it was not so common in Fukuoka, but I heard that there are many stores in the Kansai area that carry it...
The rarity of this sake is higher outside of the Kansai area.
Cold sake.
Fruity yet subdued aroma.
Refreshing taste of summer sake, but the full-bodied thickness gradually increased later. Aftertaste is normal.
It has been a while since I have had a sake from Hyogo Prefecture, but the strength and dryness characteristic of Hyogo are sound, even though it is rather modern. I would like to try Senzuke next.
I recommend it with light dishes.
It has a taste that can be enjoyed by beginners and intermediate sake drinkers alike. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
Abe, a much talked about Niigata sake often seen on SNS.
It is not often seen in stores, but I happened to find it. It was my first visit to the store and they were selling some rare sake. There were Senzuke from Hyogo, Garakudai and Kanetsuru from Niigata, Nakanori from Nagano, Tokachi from Hokkaido, Hakuryu from Fukui, Hiran from Nagasaki, Daichi and Ayahana from Fukuoka. These are all sakes that are hard to find outside of Fukuoka Prefecture...
Cold sake.
Aroma I have never smelled before. It smelled like earth(?). I had never smelled such an aroma before. My first impression was that it was very powerful.
In the mouth, it has a unique acidity, yet it has a weighty taste. The taste is not sweet and dry, but it is not light with a slightly gaseous taste. The aftertaste is rather short or normal.
Other evaluators said it was more acidic than the Abe series. It was a taste of sake that I have never had before.
I would definitely like to pair it with summer dishes. Next time I want to buy the standard Abe sake.
From sake beginners to advanced drinkers. Beginners should try Abe once to break the stereotype of sake. 部下🐤Delicious and well-known abe✨
It's been a while since I went for a drive in Itoshima, so I went to Kawakubo's 🚙.
Kawakubo Sake Brewery is known for Abe!
I liked the old man's label (?) and bought it! I like the label of the old man and bought it!
It's sweet with a bit of sourness, a little bit of a sizzle, and then a refreshing taste!
Nothing is left at the end, it's so refreshing! I thought so, but
Husband says it leaves a sour taste.
But it's delicious! We are all united!
It's like a white wine with a clean aftertaste
It's low al at 12% so it should be liver friendly 😋.
I also bought some abe summer sake so I'm looking forward to it 🏝🏝. 遥瑛チチGood morning, my subordinate 😃.
Kawakubo-san, I haven't been there yet...
Is it a liquor store with a nice atmosphere❓
I'd like to go there once since Abe-chan is there 😁. 部下🐤Hi Chichi!
The owner is a handsome guy who commuted all the way to Niigata to stock up on abe 😁 Please come visit ✨. MAJGood evening, my subordinate 🐤! 😄
Isn't that Abe-chan! 😲I haven't been able to visit Kawakubo-san for some reason. 😭It's a good season for a drive, so let's go there while we're at it 😆. 部下🐤Good evening, MAJ!
I only know of one place where you can buy it, Kawakubo's, so I always stop by their oyster shack in the winter and on my drive to the ocean in the summer 😄MAJ, you should too! ✨ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
