The sweetness and umami are like biting into a honey apple, with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste.
Similar to the Imi, but the sweetness is more dense and the bitterness is less pronounced, making it lighter on the palate, and the overall taste is cleaner.

It has been a long time since I have had a Junmai Ginjo.
The lid flew off when I opened the seal.
It is still juicy and wonderful. It seems to have more acidity and piquancy than the raw sake.

This one I personally think is the best in Golden Sparrow 💁.
The aroma is mildly sweet
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes more like 🍎 and has a slight carbonation.
The mouthfeel is smooth and the umami disappears in a flash.
The lingering alcohol aftertaste from the first sip is a whirlwind!
Maybe it's a local thing, but it really is the best 😍.
On the second day, the umami has expanded!
But the alcohol taste is almost the same!
I only know of about 3 local stores that sell it, so I don't know where else you can get it: 🤷♂️

Golden Chun Chun! There is one liquor store in Tochigi that sells it 🤗I've only bought it once 😅I was surprised 🫢 when I told them that they sell Golden Sparrow in Tochigi when I was in Yamaguchi 😌.

Absolutely delicious sake, and very difficult to buy as well. Just with the chance I visited the brewery which takes 1 hour train from Iwakuni and try their delicious sake! Great quality, the signature pineapple freshness immediately pops up and it tastes fresh and juicy. Then it comes slightly rice sweetness and the after taste is long enough that doesnt go away. Great one.
