Toast Festa with Tochigi Local Sake🤗Extra Edition
In the middle of the event! A sake presented by Mr. Ars appeared at our table! I've seen him often at Sake-no-wa, but this is my first time to see him at this timing!
Wow, it is full of calm tropical fruitiness and sweetness, as if it has been aged at a low temperature. It is full of richness and umami-kuchi, and it makes me want to drink more.
We each had two glasses poured for us, and we enjoyed our meal.
I looked up the reason for the great taste and found out that this sake store keeps their fresh sake in a -10℃ ice-cold aging freezer. I would definitely like to visit them again 🚗.

In my opinion, it was the most difficult liquor to obtain. By chance, I was able to purchase it by mail order. There are probably no liquor stores in Saitama Prefecture that carry it, and I couldn't get it even though I went to the neighboring Tochigi Prefecture. I happened to visit a liquor store on the Internet and was able to get this sake.
It is a very delicious sake, perhaps because of the bias mentioned above. !!!!
It is very elegant and even graceful.
It comes with a paulownia box and is a very expensive sake. ......... could have been a little lower grade, but this is the only one I could buy.

The same fruity aroma, mild sweetness, and rice flavor as on the top rise, spreads with lactic acid-like acidity, and finishes with a little bitterness and a lingering rice flavor.
It has a slightly sweet and sour balance that is more modern, and is delicious with a meal or on its own.
It goes well with a Japanese dish of sweet potato (silky sweet) and blue cheese (Hanabatake Farm's Blue Cheese Camembert), which the staff at Sake-no-Wa showed us how to make.

Kaorin told me that she was going to be late for a drinking party at work today and I was wondering what to do about dinner... I casually looked at chuin's instagram and saw that 3 bottles of Nagano sake were sealed... I couldn't pass up this chance and went there after work 😀
First of all, I had a bottle of Kinjaku which was opened yesterday and I was overwhelmed by this sake😇.
I knew well the name of this sake from my hometown in Yamaguchi prefecture, but I could not find it and this was my first time drinking it.
From the aroma to the moment you put it in your mouth, it is full of fruit and sweetness, but once it goes down your throat, it disappears nicely 😀 But that's not all.
But that's not all, the lingering aroma that escaped through the nose spread further and left me with nothing but excitement at the end 😇.
Next, I had the Nishinomon, which was also my first time drinking it.
I felt strong sweetness and umami, but it was a bit more persistent than Kinjaku, so I thought I could enjoy it for about 1 gou, but it was hard to drink more than that 🤣.
The Yamazan and Shinshu Kirei that followed were of course as delicious as ever, but the best of the day was the Kinjaku.

My hometown is Shimonoseki, the most west end of Yamaguchi prefecture, so I haven't seen any stores selling it in my hometown yet😅.

As the rain began to intensify, we decided to cancel our planned overnight stay in the car and made a hasty reservation at a business hotel.
We were lucky to get a room, but on the way to the hotel, the rain gradually stopped. By the time we checked in, it was completely fine.
It was a good thing we didn't stay at a hotel!
The day ended with a sense of having done something wrong.
This is our first visit to Golden Sparrow!
I thought there was no chance to drink in Miyagi Prefecture, but we haven't even met enough to call him Golden Chun-Chun.
