Sake from the "Yasubeya Sake Brewery Opening" (⑨) Another great sake 🐦! This is my first time drinking it 😍 It's not what I expected it to taste like😅. More fruity and delicious than I expected 😋. Yasube's face was so smiling when he was served this Kinjaku👍. While listening to him talk about the route of purchase and many other things. We enjoyed it with the tuna wrapped in nori (seaweed), a snack brought by Uma Uma Uma-chan 😋.

Kinjaku is freshly squeezed. After 7 months of ice aging, the bottle was opened on Obon. ☺️ Fruity and fresh. It is rich, yet beautiful and refreshing. I was in a state of ecstasy as I sipped the sake, thinking, "Oh, I love this sake...". I enjoyed my favorite Kinjaku. The exterior is crystal with a pale shiny gold tint. The aroma is indescribably fresh and gorgeous. Aromas of fresh green apple, sweet honey apple, and pineapple. Refreshing acacia overflows from the glass. A rummy feel with a chili coolness. Solid rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. First attack is...ah, Kinjaku. Smooth texture with even a slight thickening. Stimulation of gassy sensation that gently caresses the palate. The sweetness like honey apple and the fine acidity with freshness spread juicy and fresh. The taste is indescribable and irresistible. From the mid-palate, the spread of sweetness and deliciousness is complemented by the clear, clean flavor of the rice. The fragrance is very fruity, with a sweetness reminiscent of apples and gummies, and a beautiful aroma of rice. The bitter accents at the end of the bottle are also effective, and the lingering finish is moderately tight. Mmmm, I like it 🥰. Right in the middle of my favorite 🫶.

Yasubeyes' warehouse opening party (9) I am not sure of the order in which we drank from this area anymore, but Golden Chun Chun was also served. ◉Kinjaku Hidenokakushi Nama Hashiroshi The sweet pineapple flavor is still there. Aromatic and deep, with a mild aftertaste. We exchanged information about where to buy Kinjaku in the Kansai region. Kaorin's enthusiasm has made it possible for Golden Chunchun to come to Yasubeyes' house on a steady basis, which is really amazing.

I think Kaorin-san said she contacted the brewery to get Kinjaku and asked them to tell her where to get it. Jive-san drank a bottle of Namo Hashiroshi the other day 😊. I don't see any indication of specific name sake, but I believe it was junmai ginjo. I've never had kamo yeast before. Fruity and pineapple 🍍. Like other Kinjaku, it's fire-aged but fresh and juicy with a slight fizzy feeling and acidity in the second half 😋. I wonder if it's a characteristic of Kinjaku that you can feel the pineapple in Yamahai, Namahashi, or any other type of sake 🤔. I forgot to take a picture so I borrowed Yasubeyesan's picture 😅 I borrowed Pon-chan's photo for the entrée photo. I brought salami. I should have brought a little more 💦.

I opened a bottle of June 2024 that I had been carefully storing. It is fire-returned and stored at room temperature😅. I opened the bottle with high expectations for how the Yamahai would be this time. It has a nice sound. I'll have some 🙇. When pouring it into 🍸️, it has a slight golden color with a little bit of gas. It is very dense and sweet on the palate. It's the sweetest impression ever for a first day 😄. Third day The aroma is good, the sweetness is good, and the balance is perfect 💕. Every single one of them is delicious Kinjaku 🥇🐤🐤. I wonder how they can make such great sake 🥰.
