The taste is luscious and smooth on the palate, but it is slightly effervescent and finishes nicely. It is still a unique taste. 🍸️
However, it has a strong sweetness, so I felt that it does not blend well during a meal. It would be better to drink it after a meal with a pastry.
It is also better to drink it by itself when it is slightly cooled than when it is cold. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good sake.
