Pineapple + melon type fruity standing aroma + sweet and dark aroma has the same taste as the Kinjaku we have been drinking, but also has a strength commensurate with its alcohol content. I think a little about pairing it with meals. I often drank it in a boar cup while cooking dinner, but I avoided strong flavored food and it went well with dashi or light flavored food without any problem.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I think I prefer Shiboritate or Jungin in Kinjaku. Purchased at Horie Sake Brewery.
It is well far from Iwakuni IC. I stopped by first thing in the afternoon after the kids' playtime, but they were sold out of cup sake, kuromine, yamahai, etc., and only had one Daiginjo and one Tobisho.
Although the specs of the sake are different, I think Hana-yoso is closer to the other sake I have had so far.
Because it is a hard-to-find sake, there were no four-pack bottles available, so I could only buy a one-pack bottle. ...... As a result, I feel happy to drink a lot of very good sake (^o^)
After the 8th Japanese Sake Festival (1)
Just like last year, I was at my drunken peak after the Japanese Sake Festival, but I didn't lose my sense of direction and didn't lash out at Mr. Nemuchi, and we went to our next destination!
I don't remember how I got there, but I do remember getting off at the Tennoji ticket gate and walking in the direction of Abeno🙄.
I probably guided her to the restaurant...
I went to the other sake shop with Mr. Nemuchi and Mr. Yasube...
The first sake we drank was Kinjaku Yamahai (probably).
It's been a long time since I drank it since I couldn't buy it anymore, Golden Chun Chun 🐦⬛
I haven't had it since last year when I drank it at chuin-san.
The 4gou bottle has junmai ginjo and rice polishing ratio written on it, but the 1gou bottle doesn't 🤔.
Please see other people's and my past posts for my thoughts on sake 😌.
I haven't come across a nama yeast yeast yeast yeast yet. And once you've had a kamishimo, the only thing you haven't had after that is the expensive stuff.
We are finally in April🌸.
The first one is raw golden chun chun 🐤.
This year I was lucky enough to find a sale at a mystery cheese shop and was able to purchase👍
It flows with a melon-like aroma and sweetness, with a slight lactic acidity.
Tastes more fruity and clearer than the others, no wonder it's the most popular ✨.

Good morning Jay & Nobby ☀︎
Congratulations to Jay on his last-minute early birthday on April 1st 🎉!
We took the liberty of celebrating with a Golden Chun Chun 🐤 lol.
Good morning, Ponchan. ☀︎
I'm in a hurry to get 🟦 on the calendar soon or people will think I'm a ghost club member💦.
This year it seemed to be in stock there, so I was able to get it without too much hurry 🐤.
Since my trip to Yamaguchi in 2023/02, I have been looking for this golden sparrow, and finally found it again!
I looked twice when I found it on the blackboard of the restaurant.
I was impressed by the balance of the sake when I had a glass of Kinjaku, which was recommended to me by a tavern owner in Yuda Onsen, who told me that it was rare to find such a rare sake in stock and was one of his favorites.
However, as I was told, it was a rare sake, and I could not find it at any liquor stores in Yuda Onsen or at any local liquor stores.
I had almost forgotten about it when I came across it at a local izakaya,
I was afraid that I would be disappointed if I drank it because it had too much of a premium, but it was as good as I expected!
It is not a very distinctive sake, but rather, it is amazing in its lack of characteristics that makes you think it is a common sake everywhere.
The balance of the fruity taste with a clean aftertaste is the best of any sake I have ever tasted, and it is so well balanced that anyone can enjoy it!
For sake beginners, I highly recommend drinking Kinjaku instead of Kaze no Mori or Shinmasa, which are currently popular.
Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 112100
Easy to drink with a gentle umami flavor
Sake with low production volume and difficult to obtain.
Event.
Sake Fair 2024.
I was curious about this sake 🍶 after seeing a post by Sakewa.
Yamaguchi Prefecture chose Kinjaku 😤 out of more than 20 types of sake on display.
The color is clear.
The taste is quite sweet.
Sweet like canned pineapple 🍍.
The mouthfeel is naturally mild.
The ginjo aroma is rich. It is the strongest aroma of all the sake we drank this time.
And it fades away as if it were to disappear.
I thought it was in the middle of fruity sweetness 😊.
Hi Hiro, thanks 😃.
We went on a trip last year and had it at a well-known place 🤫 near Kintai Bridge 😋 It was just a small amount 🤏 but I remember it was sweet and delicious ☺️
I thought I had no luck this year, but...
Golden Chun Chun, I got two bottles 😆.
I drank them with care because I can't usually afford to buy them ✨.
The aroma of the attack is as good as it gets!
It has a fruity aroma like pear, very gorgeous!
From the first sip...oooooh 🤩.
Thick and heavy flavor
Sweet and easy to drink 🥰.
Sweetness is firm but not sticky
It has a deep flavor and richness, and the slightly carbonated aftertaste is very refreshing.
I'm so happy to be able to drink this!
I couldn't help but smile 🥺💓
Jay & Nobby, thanks for your help!
I've been drinking a little bit of it because it's such a waste 🤭 but it's gone now 😢.
I hope to see you on the Kyushu trip at the end of the year 🤭.
A deep sweet wine that is easy to drink! The taste is gorgeous and the acidity gives it a refreshing impression. It has a refreshing impression due to the acidity. The balance of sweetness and acidity is exquisite and delicious. The acidity reminded me of pineapple.
This may be a bit rough to summarize, but I think the taste vectors are similar to those of Huayouyu or CEL-24. These days, I think that sake with a flavor that is out of the stereotypes and easy to understand is easy to recommend to beginners. I don't know who called it, but it is also known as Golden Chun Chun.
