Something rarely seen, which I made a long trip (1h train ride from Iwakuni) to try this. Frankly it is very cheap but the quality is good - surprisingly it comes with Ginjo melon like smell and taste, which you won’t expect to find in non Ginjo / Daiginjo. It also gives you a mix of smooth milk like lactic acid and slight umami. Easy to finish a bottle and match with food. Good quality.

It's the first time in a year that I've been in the fall. Personally, I don't like it very much. It has a slight alcohol taste. The aroma and flavor are typical of Kinjaku, but the sourness and bitterness remain in the mouth for a while. I still prefer Kinjaku with a thick sweetness such as "Densetsu Yamahai" too much! After a few days, the sweetness seems to have increased. It is getting good.

This is the last year's autumn bottle. We missed the timing to drink it, so we let it sit for a year before opening the bottle this fall 😄. It has a nice aroma from the glass, sweet and tasty on the palate, fresh and mild, and disappears in the mouth. We had a good bottle.

First time drinking. Junmai Daiginjo made only with locally produced Yamadanishiki. The aroma is gorgeous. The mouthfeel is exquisitely balanced with sweetness, acidity, and gasiness. It has a full-bodied taste and a lingering finish that is firm and tight. It is very tasty.

This is my favorite fall up for the first time in about a year. I think I drank it last year in November. I feel like fall has arrived when I can drink this sake. It tastes very nice, with a crisp, fruity flavor that reminds me of apples or pears. I am sure that Kinjaku is the best.

Stable taste. Delicious from the first sip. The gentle flavor and sweetness of the rice is pleasant and beautifully finished. The impression remains the same from beginning to end, making it a sake you want to drink all the time. Macaroni salad as a side dish

KINJAKU, inherited from Yamahai Zouzou  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What is this? Too good! My companion also drank it for the first time and wondered if there was such a delicious sake. He said it was so juicy! It's so juicy that it's hard to believe it's a sake! It doesn't have any sweetness or sweet fruit aroma, it's just good! I had another glass of this one 😅.

My husband bought this sake as a souvenir from a business trip. When he was drinking it at the store, a local customer who was there recommended Kinjaku as a good one to buy back home. The souvenir was an autumn limited edition of Kinjaku. It has a sweet and fruity aroma like juice. ☺️ It tastes very fruity too. It tastes like a combination of apple and pear 🍎🍐. It was slightly carbonated and shrizzy😳 The Kinjaku my husband drank at the cookout was not the autumn label, so he says it tastes completely different. I'd like to compare the drinks too: ......

Nice to meet you, Kinjaku! I've been interested in this brand since it was ranked No. 2 in Sake Time about a year ago 🍶. It was in the afternoon when I went out to buy it, and I didn't expect to find it because there is always a battle with other customers as soon as the store opens and rare sake🍶 is rarely left, but there were still two bottles left ❗️ I looked back five times without thinking 😆. Now, from the aroma.., It smells sweet, like a pineapple. There is a slight scent of wood vat mixed in, and the aroma of rice comes later. Now for a sip: ‼️‼️ The sweet taste of the pineapple type 🍍 is quickly felt on the tongue. If you taste it mainly on the tip of your tongue, you will only taste the sweetness, but if you taste it on the back of your tongue, you will feel a slight, tingling sensation. A thin bitterness catches up with me throughout my mouth just as I'm about to take another sip. But I guess this bitterness is a level of bitterness that I don't mind. I had heard that it was similar to Hana-yoku and Kameizumi, but although it is sweeter and richer than those two, I felt that the fruity feeling was a step back, perhaps because it is an autumn rise. It is a bottle that is rare to find 😁 I would like to take my time and drink this one 🍶.
