㊗️777 check-in🎊🎉
I realized I was approaching 777 check-in only when JN told me the other day that this sake was good for 777 check-in when he gave me a bottle of Jinkumori 🤣.
Today is that check-in day😇
I thought about what to drink, but since we just got back from the Yamaguchi sake brewery tour here, Golden Chun Chun was the only choice 🤣.
I want to keep the Jun Dai Hisho I just got in Yamaguchi on display for a while longer, so today it's a Junmai Ginjo Sandeshi I had at home 😀.
It has a lovely fragrant ginjo aroma and a fruity, delicious taste reminiscent of pears 😀.
Kinjaku's junmai ginjo is also of a high level😇!
The meal was grilled saury with saikyo, and it went perfectly with it 😀.
By the way, the after-dinner fruit was LaFrance 😀 😀 I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture of it.
Too bad I forgot to take a picture of it, but the harmony of the flavors was perfect😇!
Congratulations to Yasbay, I'm jealous of you because I haven't been able to drink ㊗️ Kinjaku for a while 😆‼️ it's fruity and goes well with food, it's seamless 😆.
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
Congratulations on your 777 check-in 🎉🎉.
It's great to celebrate the auspicious zorro with a good drink 🥰 The pear aroma and La France looks absolutely delicious 🥰.
Good evening, Yasbaye 😃Congratulations on the 777th check-in 🥳Kinjaku sounds auspicious and fitting from the name 🍶I'll definitely put it on my list of things to drink 🤤.
Good morning Yasbay 😊
Congratulations on your 777 check in ㊗️🎊 Golden Sparrow😍 Really lucky 7 and Golden 🐦 good luck 😊.
I remember the taste of the Golden Sparrow we had before 😋.
Congratulations to Yasbay on your Kiri number: ㊗️🎉!
I stepped on 77 likes!
Maybe today will be a good day 😄
I'm so jealous of your Golden Sparrow family drinking 😍.
Good morning, Yasubeyesan😃Congratulations on your three sevens🎰㊗️You're right, it's a great number for a delicious local sake👍I always enjoy reading your drink comparison reviews. I only remember this Kinjaku was so good. ☺️
Congratulations on your 777 check-in, Yasbaye: ㊗️🎰🎉!
I didn't know there was a Sandesi in Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo 😳.
If I get a hit on 🎰, I'll have another bottle! No, I'd drink as many bottles as I want 🤤.
It would certainly be in tune with LaFrance too 🍐.
Good evening, Yasbay!
Congratulations on your 777 check-in 🎉!
Sake festive at Golden Chun Chun after a tour of the Yamaguchi breweries 🤤 Great job 🤤!
Your sake activities are always really nice 🤗
Thank you, Ichiro18 🙏.
Actually, I saw Pon-chan the other day matching Shinsei with Muscat and imitated her 🤣.
It was beautifully in tune and delicious 😀.
Thank you Nao888 🙏.
Kinjaku-san and Imi-san are very rare to find as they are both produced in small quantities and are very tasty 😅.
But since Nao888 and I have very similar tastes, I'd love for you to try it😇
Thank you @Mizuhashi 🙏.
Oh... five seven 😇.
Could be a meh wonderful day 😀.
Thanks to Kaorin's hard work last year, I have a deeper connection with Kinjaku and they always line up in the cellar😇.
Thank you, I'm learning 🙏.
I have a pretty stupid tongue, so if I don't compare drinks, I can't find much difference between them, so I end up comparing a lot of drinks🤣.
Kinjaku is a delicious sake that you don't have to compare 😇
Thank you, Aladdin 🙏.
Actually, this sake is a hometown tax return gift from Iwakuni🤣.
It's a nice set with a bottle of each of the five Iwakuni breweries' sake in a sandeshi 😀.
I loved it, in tune with LaFrance😇
Thank you, ma-ki-🙏.
We both enjoy the same things in our family, so I think the good thing is that we can do a lot of different sake projects😇.
I hope you will continue to enjoy all the posts you enjoy. 🙇♀️
Thank you, Pon 🙏.
I enjoyed the double fever 😇
I got this Sandesi Kinjaku from my hometown tax payment 😀.
If you use your hometown tax payment well, you can get local sake that you can't usually get 😇
Hi Yasbay, Hi 😃Congratulations on checking in 😃777 🎉㊗️ Zoro at Kinjaku, as expected ✨👍I have a feeling that the collaboration with pears would definitely suit me 🍐I'm looking forward to more active drinking activities 😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
When I got your comment and saw my check-in count, I was disappointed that I should have left 㐂久盛さん behind 🤣.
But I'm glad I was able to step on 777 at Kinjaku-san😇.
Thank you, Wakata 🙏.
Sake activities have become a great recreational activity for me lately🤣.
I hope to continue to enjoy sake in many ways, so please keep up the good work 🙇.
We received Kinjaku's Densetsu Yamahai.
This is my first Kinjaku.
I first learned about Kinjaku this year.
I had heard that it was hard to find, so I was hoping to come across it someday, when I found it on the regular shelf at my favorite liquor store.
When I tried it, I found it to be as extremely delicious as rumored. Despite its squidgy appearance, it is juicy, sweet and fruity, with a pineapple-like flavor. It is not my intention to mention other brands when commenting on sake, but my first thought was Hana-yoso. It has an atmosphere similar to that of Kangiku, and in short, it is my favorite sake.
It is one more brand that I would definitely buy if I see it.
The last stop on our tour of the five breweries in Iwakuni was a visit to Horie Sake Brewery of Kinjaku, famous for its Golden Chun Chun in sakekawa 😀.
It's an hour's travel from Iwakuni to Nishikicho station on a local train called Seiryu Line through the Nishikigawa river valley😇.
We safely saw the sake brewery from the outside and went to the store in a different location 😀.
Inside the store, there were only samples and no products 😅.
I asked the shopkeeper if there was any product I could buy, and the shopkeeper apologetically said that he could prepare a bottle of Hisho... I almost said "I want that one", but I said calmly like an adult 🤣.
I got a bottle of Kinjaku Hisho this year, too 😇
When I was waiting for the train on my way home, I found a kiosk in the station building where they sell Kinjaku Josensen 😇.
It is distributed locally, so in a way it is more difficult to find than the hard-to-find Kinjaku that is sold at the distributors 🤣.
The rice and alcohol taste is quite stronger than the usual Kinjaku, but it still tastes great 😇
I served it with Iwakuni lotus root chips and Hofu Uiro bought at Hofu Tenmangu Shrine, but it is a delicious sake that goes well with everything 😀.
The sake we got on this Yamaguchi sake brewery tour is in the 4th picture: ❤️
Yasube-san I envy you just for Kinjaku. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed Yamaguchi sake to the fullest. Yamaguchi is one of the places on my list to visit someday.
Good morning, Yasube!
Your trip to Yamaguchi to visit sake breweries looks so fulfilling and fun, I wish I could go there too 😄.
I want to take the train 🚃 along the mountain stream to the sake breweries too 😆.
Good evening, Nochi-san 😀
I like visiting sake breweries in Yamaguchi 😀.
This time I was in Iwakuni, but next time I would like to visit Toyo Bijin in Hagi, Omine in Mine, Wakamusume in Yamaguchi, etc. 😇
Good evening, Nao888!
I had to reduce the number of bottles I bought for this, but it was impossible to refrigerate all of them 🤣.
I'm sure it's hard to buy Kinjaku in Kansai, but it's worth it if you get a chance 😇.
Hi Hiro, good evening 😀
The trip to see the mountain stream is fun on the way there, but it would have been a hard trip if we couldn't get Kinjaku-san😅.
The return train ride home while enjoying Kinjaku-san was great😇
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
Finally, the Golden Chun Chun's storehouse, a nice finale 😊👍I can enjoy the aftermath of Yamaguchi with a variety of souvenirs ✨.
It's awesome that you got the glasses and Masu right 😆👍.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
I got the Masu at Kinjaku, but the glass was a souvenir from Otter's brewery tour 🤣.
If Kinjaku didn't get it, I probably would have been disappointed on my way home 😅.
This is the first autumn rise in a year.
It still has the same dense, full-bodied sweetness, sharp aftertaste, and sweet lingering aftertaste that leaves you feeling happy.
It is the most delicious!
It seems to be hard to buy it except at special dealers.
I definitely want you to drink Kinjaku because it has a unique, full-bodied, high-quality sweetness.
The first one we had at this drinking party was "Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo" ✨.
Because of the impact of the name, everyone called me "Chun Chun" in a friendly way 🐦 lol
Actually, although I knew the name, I had never had a chance to drink it before and this was my first experience. When I poured it into the glass, the soft aroma spread softly, and when I took a sip, it tasted sweet and mellow. It has a clean aftertaste and is very easy to drink.
It is the perfect sake to accompany pleasant conversation and delicious food. This was my first encounter with "Kinjaku" and I am sure it will be a bottle that will leave a lasting impression in the future ✨.
Customer and Yamaguchi in (1)
Yesterday, we had dinner with our customer's company in Yamaguchi.
After a toast of beer, we moved on to sake.
There is Kinjaku!
I've been to quite a few izakayas around Shin-Yamaguchi, but I've only encountered this one once!
Fresh!
Shrewd!
Both sweet and sour, pretty much. And well balanced.
Delicious 😋.
But Kinjaku doesn't have glasses or 1 gou, only 4 gou bottles 😳.
Six of us had about a cup each. I think I drank half of the bottle by myself 😂.
Good evening, Takashi!
Looks like you enjoyed your Yamaguchi Prefecture sake again last night 😁✨✨.
I'm a sucker for a well-balanced sake with a strong sweet and sour taste 😋.
Good morning, ma-ki-San 😊.
As people in Yamaguchi said, it seems you don't come across golden sparrows very often. I was lucky 🥳.
It was delicious, but I drank a little too much 🤣.
