ichiro18I also drank Jyushiyo at Sake and Fish Shindo for the first time in a long time!
I chose Junmai Ginjo and what came out was Akaban Omachi... I've never had Omachi from Jyushidai and I like Omachi, so it was a winner😍.
But when I looked online, I saw that it was sold out in R4BY. And the production year photo shows it off😅.
It has a fruity aroma like green apples. It has a very beautiful sweetness and a gradation that starts with the sweetness ✨ and ends with the acidity that naturally fades away. No cloying taste, the hint of pear aroma was a fruit with no cloying taste....
The photo is of cream cheese with sake.
To be continued tomorrow ma-ki-Good evening, ichiro18!
I'm sure you'll be excited and nervous about the details of the sake when it comes out 😁✨✨.
I would love to try the Jyushiyo but I can't seem to find it 💦.
It looks like it has a lot of flavor and is delicious 🤤🤤. ひなはなママGood morning, ichiro18 😃.
This is another good Jyushiro you're drinking 🤩 cream cheese with sake steal, very unusual 😍I bet it would be delicious with Jyushiro 🤤 haha, I'm jealous ❣️ ちぇすたーGood morning, ichiro18!
Jyushidai✨The name alone confirms that it's already delicious, and if it's a rare one that's sold out, it'll be even better: ☺️
If it tastes as good as the reviews say, the cream cheese as a side dish would be perfect 😊. ichiro18Hi ma-ki-😃
I'm excited to see what you'll find, but I've only had the 14yo once so I thought it would be mostly okay 😁 I've picked up a few places where I can meet you, but the prices are high 😅. ichiro18Hi Hinahana mama 😃
This was my second time to try Jyushidai after a long time 😊 but it's still a beautiful drink 😍I asked for the cream cheese sakadaki so I wouldn't miss the taste 🤔. ichiro18Hello, Chirsta 😃.
Yes, it is. I looked it up on the internet and found that it was sold out, but I enjoyed the brand name Jyushidai because I don't have that much knowledge about it. I thought that cheese would go well with the sake like wine.
ichiro18Sake and Fish Shindo is an izakaya (Japanese style bar) with a relatively large selection of pre-prepared sake and an extensive menu of 3 different kinds of drinks.
The problem with this place is that they have a brand name, but it's just Junmai Ginjo and you order it with a QR code. You have to ask for the details 😅and I think most of them are a bit old when you look at the production year.
This time, I ordered several brands, and when I saw the word "Kitajima-san", I clicked on it! What came out was an odd one, which I didn't expect 🤣🤣🤣.
This time the rice is from Shiga Asahi, an established Omi rice brand, which once disappeared due to difficulties in cultivation and early maturing 😳.
Let's eat ✨
I couldn't smell it. There is no gas. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean. It has a classical feel, a gentle umami, a refreshing acidity, a little sharpness, and a beautiful aftertaste.
The photo shows the first serving of tsukidashi. ジェイ&ノビィHi ichiro18 😃
Mr. Kitajima pouch! I can't predict that this one will come out here in 😁 I know it's good 😅I wish Kanji Kitajima-san would have come out here! ichiro18Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Yes, I was expecting ‼️ Kanji Kitajima, but I didn't expect EN😅 but I hope this will be a good opportunity for you to make a connection with him too😁. ichiro18The fifth glass was Sogapère Ephis! This was another sake I had seen at Sakewa and wanted to try, a 2022 sake. It is made with Association No. 2 yeast.
It has an aroma like a noble rotten grape, a slightly sweet dessert mouthfeel, and a sweetness and flavor like a dessert wine. It was finished with a crisp finish. まつちよGood evening ichiro18🍶.
I see that there is a store that serves DUEX that hasn't been made in the last few years.
I'd like to try it and I'm jealous😊. ichiro18Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san!
Sorry 😔I just noticed your comment. I'm sorry 😔I just noticed your comment. I'm learning a lot. まつちよThanks for the reply ichiro18 😊.
Do you have quite a few liquors laid up in your store 🤔.
That's a maniacal store I'd like to visit once 😆. ichiro18I see that Sake and Fish Shindo has stores in Kamata and Tsunashima. If you have a chance 😆 ichiro18The fourth cup is Katsuma, often found at Sake-no-Wa
This sake has a mild aroma with sweet acidity, a fresh sweetness or umami flavor that spreads, a sharp acidity, and a crisp, short aftertaste. ichiro18The third cup was Jikin!
The aroma was plump and sweet, and in the mouth it had a ripe sweetness like banana and a clean acidity.
The aftertaste was refreshing and easy to drink. ichiro18The second sake I wanted to try was So-no-Kangiku, Haruhi, which is a sake that is meant to give a boost to those who are starting out on a journey or embarking on a new journey.
It has a sweet aroma, but it is not overpowering. In the mouth, it has a fruity sweetness, with a hint of sourness and almost no bitterness, and a clean aftertaste. Even those who do not like sake can enjoy it. ichiro18Drink today!
This sake has a light mouthfeel, a slight fruity sweetness to a clean finish. As I said, I prefer Masamune instrumental sake.
Even the honjozo sake had a gentle, gentle sweetness. シカタロウHi ichiro18, good evening! Sorry for my comment 🙇I saw your past posts and took the liberty of liking many of them because I thought we might have very similar tastes (and maybe even close territory 😁) ☺️💦 Have a great night 🍶✨✨! ichiro18Hello, Shikatarou!
Sorry 😔I just noticed your comment. I see we started at the same time. I'm looking forward to working with you. シカタロウThanks for your reply ichiro18 ✨No, thank you very much 😄. ichiro18The third cup of the day was also the first Jikin!
The top aroma was sweet, the hint of banana, mild sweetness on the palate, and a lingering sourness that made it easy to drink. ichiro18The second cup of the day was a comparison of Hanaohayo's Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki and Junmai Ginjyo Hachitanishiki.
The top aroma was of pineapple, and the hint of pineapple was also strong. It was smooth on the palate, with a hint of sweetness, less bitterness, and a clean, elegant aftertaste than the Junmai-Daiginjo-Hattanishiki. ichiro18Drinking alone in Tsunashima
Drinking my first Hana-yoku and the pineapple ginjo aroma as rumored.
At first, I didn't notice much of the top notes, but as I drank it, I noticed a pineapple-like aroma with a hint of sweetness and a bitter finish that was refreshing. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
