I was planning to buy the sake that I liked the Yamahai, but now it's hard to get it 💦.
I think Kaorin-san said she contacted the brewery to get Kinjaku and asked them to tell her where to get it.
Jive-san drank a bottle of Namo Hashiroshi the other day 😊.
I don't see any indication of specific name sake, but I believe it was junmai ginjo.
I've never had kamo yeast before.
Fruity and pineapple 🍍.
Like other Kinjaku, it's fire-aged but fresh and juicy with a slight fizzy feeling and acidity in the second half 😋.
I wonder if it's a characteristic of Kinjaku that you can feel the pineapple in Yamahai, Namahashi, or any other type of sake 🤔.
