After work...last year, I went to a brewery and bought some local Saitama sake🍶I enjoyed it the last time I drank it, so this time, it's Junmai♪ I can feel the delicious taste of rice from Sake Musashi♪ It has a nice sharp after taste! The aroma is citrusy? The aroma is citrusy? Since it is an unfiltered sake, it is slightly cloudy and thickened...yet it has a clear image. It is a sake to watch out for in the future.

After hiking Mt, Takao after hiking Mt. I think it's a new sake from Nagatoro, gorgeous and delicious 😋. First visit because of the unique name of the restaurant! There are many dishes on the menu and they are delicious! Sashimi and motsu-ni are also good 👍! I may come back tomorrow 🤭!

At my favorite liquor store, there was a tasting and sales event where I could hear directly from the brewer, and I opened a bottle of this one, which I liked. Nagatorogura Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Nakadori This sake is brewed in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, and I had been curious about it for a long time, but had not been able to try it! We tasted it and bought the one we liked the best, and immediately opened the bottle at home! When I opened the bottle and took a sip, it had a refreshing sweetness and sourness like green apples. The fresh and crisp taste combined with the stimulation that is typical of nama-zake makes it one that can be drunk with gusto! Rice polishing ratio: 60% (100% sake musashi produced in Saitama Prefecture) Alcohol content: 15%.

I've never had this drink before 😋. It was recommended by the store so I bought it 🥂. One sip and I was convinced! Fruity and refreshing 🤤. Super tasty and amazing! I should have bought it by the bottle.
