After work...last year, I went to a brewery and bought some local Saitama sake🍶I enjoyed it the last time I drank it, so this time, it's Junmai♪ I can feel the delicious taste of rice from Sake Musashi♪ It has a nice sharp after taste! The aroma is citrusy? The aroma is citrusy? Since it is an unfiltered sake, it is slightly cloudy and thickened...yet it has a clear image. It is a sake to watch out for in the future.

Nagatoro's top-grade Junmai Daiginjo
There is also a Shizukuri version.
The aroma is apple-like and a bit more subdued than expected.
There is a faint scent of grapes, but it is not as fresh as the Junmai Ginjo, and smells a little bitter.
The taste is clear, sweet and umami, just like a daiginjo.
Personally, I think the bitterness is just a little bit too strong.
I know some people don't mind it, but it bothers me, so I can't drink it comfortably.
Objectively, I think it's a reasonably good sake, but it's not for me personally.
Nagatoro's freshly squeezed new sake
Gorgeous aroma of strong muscat and banana.
The acidity is relatively close to lactic acidity, so it doesn't have the usual kyoho-like quality.
The taste is mild compared to the aroma.
The main flavor is a mild sweetness, accented by a bit of sourness, which gives it a fresh new sake-like taste.
It's just plain delicious.
Not the type of sake that will explode in popularity, but a brewery that continues to produce stable quality sake.
Nagatoro warehouse for the first time in a long time. I had a hankering for this one this time, so I got it.
The aroma is yogurt-like, sweet and lactic acidic, and I can feel it quite well!
It has an interesting structure with a strong effervescence, but the taste is light and soft.
The bitterness is present in the middle part of the bottle, but it is very easy to drink because it is well drained and has no lingering aftertaste.
When mixed with lees, lemoniness also appears.
It is good when it is well chilled. The level of perfection is increasing year by year👍

The second drink, following the free sake, was a freshly squeezed Nagatorogura Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shunshu Shiboritate by Saitama's Keihei Fujisaki Shoten.
This was my first visit to Nagatorogura😄.
Chichibu in Saitama Prefecture (an easy leisure destination in the Kanto region. Nagatoro-gura is located in Nagatoro, which is well known for the line rafting in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture.
The brewery was replaced about 3 years ago 🤔.
The exterior is yellow crystal.
The aroma is a bit strange 🤔.
Heavy, dark aroma of overripe mango and melon seeds with a hint of acidity.
A bit like a peculiar lactobacillus drink 🤔.
On the palate, a light and fluffy touch is followed by a perky, light acidity, and then the sweetness of the rice comes in at the center.
When you roll it over, the acidity dust is pleasant, and the light sourness and sweetness balance and disappear.
It does not feel very Shiboritate-like.
It is for those who like acidic sakes.
It is a sourness-driven, low-sweetness lactobacillus drink, or something in that direction.
According to Mr. Kawada of chuin, the Nagatoro-kura he had previously tasted was completely different, so it seems that the quality of sake varies quite a bit.
I would like to try another one.

I also have roots in Ryokami in Chichibu, so I was kind of happy to see Nagatoro kura and drink it 🍶I'm jealous that you could attend the sake brewery festival ☺️ It's not easy to find it in Kansai, but I will try others 🍶.

Nagatoro was the second sake meeting.
I drank it for the first time.
It had a great umami flavor and was probably the best sake of the day.
It was thick and rich, and the deliciousness spread from the moment you put it in your mouth.
I would get tired of drinking it all the time, but even so, the taste is amazing.
According to my friend, the other specs are completely different, and this is the best standard sake.
I don't see it in many liquor stores in Tokyo, but I would like to buy it myself.
