On rainy days, it is best to stay home and have a drink.
Recently, I opened a bottle of Nagatoro, which some people at Sake-no-wa have been drinking, because we had some at home 😄.
The first sip was a bit strange. Wait, wait 🫸.
Second sip 💦.
The scent, which to me only smells like red tincture (for those of you who don't know me from my generation, when I was little I used to heal scrapes and scratches with a sticky coat of red tincture 😅) wanders through my nose and fades out.
If you ignore the red tincture, pear? Melon? A sweet fruit, if you can call it that. It ends with a crisp finish.
No, but the impact of this aroma is so strong that I can't describe it well😱.
Later on, Aladdin posted about another Nagatoro with a distinctive aroma, and I was convinced that this was indeed the case.
Of course, it was a red cocktail for me, but it seemed to go well with my husband's friend, and we finished it off with a delicious finish 😊.
