I have always been curious about Mr. Igarashi🍶. The bottle was opened with a pop of carbon dioxide gas ✨. After a few days, the schwarziness recedes and the sweetness comes forward a little, and the bitterness settles down. It is a local drink! I brought it back because the blue bottle stood out to me at the sanctuary. It is a very light summer sake that I never get tired of drinking. It is refreshing and has a gorgeous aroma! Igarashi is delicious! I ended up having a glass of it even in the light of day.

It has been quite a long time since Igarashi was made. It is 13°, but the taste is very rich. It is sweet and acidic with a berry-like flavor. It is very interesting to compare it with brewer Kuheiji. Igarashi is a 13° and has a thicker flavor addition. Kuheiji has the best balance and moderation despite its 15% alcohol content. It's been a long time since Igarashi and Omachi! It's been a while since I've had Omachi, but it's been a while since I've had any... I can feel the sweetness first, then the acidity, and then the Omachi-like flavor (I can't tell)... It's a very easy-drinking sake, with a sense of rummy... The sharpness is not bad, and I think it can be drunk in the summer time... It's not too sharp, and I think it's refreshing even in the summer..! This is good!

I've always wanted to try Igarashi. Finally I was able to buy it. Aroma of sweet rice. Oh, wow! Sweetness, sourness, fizziness, and a clean finish. It's labeled "very dry," but the juicy sweet and sourness stands out, so maybe "super clear" is more appropriate than the impression of "very dry. I am glad I bought it even though it is only one bottle.
