I've never been to Igarashi Sake Brewery, even though it's only a 20 minute walk from my house!
I finally went to the Igarashi Sake Brewery today for their "New Sake Festival" 😅.
This sake was a festival exclusive and they poured it from a tank into a bottle right in front of us and sold it to us😃.
Delicious 😋.
It's dry ❗️, but with a nice hint of rice, it has a lively flavor that makes various flavors appear in your mouth, just like at a festival 🥳.
It was served chilled.
The aroma is as follows.
-Aroma: Aroma that gives a sense of the miscellaneous flavors of rice.
-Aroma: Aroma of rice with a hint of astringency.

The festival starts at 10am, so I walked from my house and arrived at 10am and was surprised to find ‼️ many customers were already queuing up to have a drink 😃Juicy like grapes, tangy and dry❣️ since we are drinking in the morning, we will have a light canape feast in the evening💓

Yes, ❣️ we had a lot of sake at Igarashi Sake Brewery 🍶 and took the shuttle bus to Hanno station.
From there, we went to Tokyo to visit sake shops and came home in the evening.
From there, I'm drinking again😅.
It's been a day full of sake since this morning👍

It has a strong umami flavor and a sweet, lactic acid-like taste. I like this sake very much because it has a nice lingering aftertaste. It is a local sake. It is delicious. I drank too much on the spur of the moment.

Today's sake is Igarashi, which I purchased before the Golden Week holidays and put to sleep 😊.
It was very easy to drink and tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness and not too sour 🥰.
Too much drinking for a low-alcoholic drink ⚠️
Next time I see it, I'll buy it immediately 😍.
