Sourness can be felt from the first sip, with a fruity note in the middle.
The full aroma characteristic of Omachi spreads toward the latter half of the bottle, with a dry finish.

Medium sweetness and dryness, with a little bit of umami, sourness, bitterness, and matured taste. Delicious with a vivid contrast of umami, moderate bitterness and high alcohol content. 😋😋😋😋
It is brewed with Jusui, and has a slightly different nuance from the Igarashi I've had before. But it is definitely Igarashi.
I cheered after drinking it, but Hinata and Kan-chan...Kan-chan. I wish it would have worked out with Hinata.
