The sake brewery festival will continue for a while 🍶.
Mr. Igarashi of Igarashi Sake Brewery
I love it!
This one did not disappoint either!
The sweetness comes in the mouth, and a subtle fizzy sensation is felt in the back of the throat.
The tasting was in a small plastic cup with a ticket, but I'd like to have some more 🤤.
We enjoyed it while listening to a talk by Shizuka Midorikawa, a sake taster (actually, I was so engrossed in the sake that I didn't listen to the talk at all😅).
This was my first visit to Sakura Town and it was interesting just to look at the building 👀.
There are various exhibits inside, but you have to pay for them 😅.
Good evening, Rinako 😃.
Saitama sake 🍶 is something we don't drink much 😅 so this is helpful 😋.
Is the third picture Sakura Town? What a great building 😳
Hi Jay & Nobby 🌞Watashi is almost exclusively a Saitama metropolitan, so Saitama sake is very familiar and I like it 😁✨Sakura Town was designed by Kengo Kuma and it's...kind of awesome😆.
The last drink in this corner.
Junmai Unfiltered Nama-zake
I realized again that this is the sake I like best.
It has a strong taste.
Plus it was dry.
Today's corner drinking was a great success.

The aroma is of fresh apple-like fruit with a hint of koji (malted rice).
The taste has a firm acidity and is refreshing for its alcohol content. It is fresh and has a rum-like nuance.

I found Igarashi after a long time and bought it. I have drunk a lot of Igarashi, but this yellow-green one is my favorite.
I thought the fruity flavor of this brewery was comparable to that of Hanabatake, a Saitama brewery, but the aftertaste was gruesome and the line was too thin.
Unbeknownst to me, other breweries are perfecting their craft...
The price is so cheap there, so I don't regret it.
I wish you the best: ‼️
I bought this 🍶 at the brewery festival.
I wasn't a fan of the alky 🍶, but still, to drink it on its own...
The first sip has a sweet taste, but then the indescribable bad taste follows 😢.
Just my opinion 🤔.
