Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Igarashi. The ginjo aroma is like pineapple mixed with citrus, but much milder. In the mouth, carbon dioxide gas spreads in a gulp, and the fruity sweetness and acidity spread together. After swallowing, a slight quince-like flavor can be detected.
I've never had this one either, Igarashi.

I stopped by Igarashi Sake Brewery on my way back from a mountain climbing trip in Hanno and bought this bottle. It has a light Champagne-like mouthfeel with a fruity aroma and sweetness. But at the end, I felt a grain-like aroma escaping through my nose.

It was a while ago when I drank it, so my memory is hazy.
I think it had an apple-like aroma...
I'm sure it was delicious.
At first sip, it was astringent and had a strong personality, which was not to my liking.
However, when I removed the wine cooler and let it sit at room temperature, the astringency became milder and the sweetness doubled in flavor.

When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the flavor from the slightly gaseous sensation. The aftertaste disappears quickly and is easy to drink.
It is a very good sake from a brewery near my house. I got drunk again today.
