Happy New Year 🎍🍶.
Thanks to everyone at Sake-no-Wa, I was able to enjoy a very tasty, enjoyable and wide range of sake last year!
Thank you 😊.
We look forward to working with you again in the New Year 🙇.
The first bottle I had in the new year was this sake that I bought at the new sake festival at a nearby Igarashi Sake Brewery!
According to the description
Junmai-shu made with unpolished rice and less water.
It has a rich, juicy texture with a pleasant acidity.
According to the description, it is "a pure rice sake brewed with unpolished rice and less water.
It's not sweet and tasty, but it's delicious 😋.
It is indeed juicy!
And yet it's dry, that's what I imagine 🧐.
I have the impression that it has added some rice flavor to Oroku.
It was served chilled.
The aroma is as follows.
-Aroma: A little bit of alcohol 👍
-Aroma: Slightly pungent
