Pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit aroma, sweet fruity pineapple, white grape-like flavor, yet the fruity sensation remains on the tongue even as the temperature rises, the fruit is there, the rice flavor is there, and the freshness is not diminished one bit by the low alcohol content. The low alcohol content makes it more refreshing.
The brewery restarted as Choshu Brewery in 2020, continuing the business from Kodama Brewery, which went out of business in 2018. The name "Amami" is derived from "Ten" from "Amaterasu," the sun god who nurtures rice, and "Bi" from "Miroku," meaning sake.
It's a beautiful sake that's all the rage these days. It is a slightly carbonated Kirin Lemon for adults that somehow makes you feel intoxicated. It's delicious, easy to drink, and very dangerous. The liquid is almost colorless and transparent, and it produces a lot of fine legs. The glass is covered with fine bubbles.

New Sake Nigori Season has arrived!
It's fresh!
So fresh!
It's sake season!
We're celebrating!
I wonder what kind of sake I will encounter this year

Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15
We had Tenbi at an izakaya in Takatsuki.
It was the first time for me to drink spicy Tenbi 🌶.
It's a sharp contrast to the white and black labels, and is very spicy!
I imagined it to be slightly fruity, so I was surprised 🫢.
I read online that it had a white grape taste, but I didn't feel it 💦.
But I enjoyed it with fried food!
Thank you!
Amami Yamaguchi Special Junmai 13%.
It seems to be a summer limited edition sake.
The refreshing sweetness and low alcohol (though still 13%) make it easy and pleasant to drink. Even though the toji has changed, the bottom line of the sake remains the same and the image is rising.
Peace of mind, we received.
Tenbi Tokubetsu Junmai Lite
We had a hard time deciding on a bottle of Tenbi's summer sake at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Tokyo Station.
It has a moderate sweetness, meloniness, light acidity and gasiness, and is very easy to drink at a low 13% alcohol content.
It's so smooth on the palate that I could drink it forever 😆.
Long time no see, Amami. It has been a while since I heard that the brewer had changed.
It is delicious with a gaseous taste, gentle sweetness, and a beautiful sake quality. The sweetness became a little heavy in the second half, but I enjoyed it to the end.
Thank you very much for the sake.
