The aroma is a hint of vinegared iso.

Today, Bibi, my wife and I went for a drive to Toyokita on the roadside station Kitaura Kaido.
We had a Shimonoseki seafood lunch and bought some afterwards. The fruity taste and the moderate fizziness are irresistible.
