This is my first spicy heaven.
I am a sweet person, so I rarely buy dry sake on my own, but this is a good choice.
I thought it would be plump because it is a junmai sake, but it is quite clean and fresh.
It is clear and easy to drink, and somehow has a nice sharpness. I guess that is why it is labeled "dry," but the impression is that it disappears quickly, rather than being overtaken by acidity and bitterness.
I think that is why it is called "Dry." Sake dryness is very deep.

Winter limited edition, commonly known as "Yukiten".
I think they used to call it "White Heaven" or "Blue Heaven" 😅...
The smell after opening the bottle is a grape type 🍇 white grape or something 🤔 it's a fresh smell.
Chilliness in the mouth at first.
I feel freshness with fine micro bubbles and carbon dioxide gas.
I felt the coolness was stronger than the silky feeling that is often found in Nigori.
I felt a little bitterness in the aftertaste, but I didn't mind it after I chilled it well.
I tried it up to the 3rd day, and it became very mellow as the slight bubbles disappeared, so if you have a bottle of this sake that hasn't been opened yet, I recommend you give it a try 😊.
It's different from the Yukiten I had last year 😳 Last year it was silky and had a strong yogurt taste.
It's interesting to see how different these flavors are from year to year😍.

I had a chance to drink Tenbi in Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, where I was traveling, after having missed the chance to drink it since its acquisition. It was a memorable experience with the sound of the bottle being opened, the wonderful shubashubashubashubashubashubashubashubashubashi feeling, and the delicious taste that can be enjoyed with food.

We just opened a bottle of Yukiten from my hometown, Amami in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
We were going to start the drinking year with this sake, but due to 🐢's arrival schedule, we had to delay the start a bit and Yukiten ended up being the second best sake 🤣.
But as an Orihunter, I'm the top hitter though😇.
There was no blowout or automatic stirring, but I could still feel the vigor of the sake 😀.
The supernatant was elegant, sweet and fruity, reminiscent of white peaches and apples 😀.
When we mixed in the oli, it suddenly became more energetic, and the sourness was added and changed to a nuance reminiscent of grapes 😇.
The ability to taste these little changes in flavor at the same time is one of the fun aspects of nigori sake😇.
