Modern dry delicious sake 🍶.
I bought it after reading flos_lingua_est's check-in 🙏.
Fresh and gorgeous ginjo aroma. It is fire-aged but fresh and gaseous!
The balance of sweetness and spiciness is dry and slightly acidic with a bit of sourness. 😋😋😋😋
Best with oden (oden stew) and hot sake in a cooler 😆.

Good morning, flos_lingua_est 😃
Thank you for writing your name in the text, even though it may not always reach you in person: 🙇♂️
I love it too and I enjoyed it 😃.
Today's dish
Grated hamburger steak✨
We couldn't drink the Hotaru Ten, but managed to GET the Hotaru Matsuri Limited 🥳.
After returning from the liquor store, I quickly prepared dinner and opened the bottle. Pop! I drank it with full of expectation...
Lukewarm 😂.
I really couldn't wait for it to cool down. It tastes twice as good when it's cold✨

Good evening, HINANOHA😄.
Firefly Festival? Limited edition? I didn't know that🤣that's interesting🤔I wonder what it tastes like 🥰.
The paired dishes look delicious as always ❣️ hamburgers are my favorite too💕!
chika-san, good evening😊I was sad to see that Hotaru Ten was sold out, but two weeks later the Hotaru Matsuri Limited was in stock and I immediately went to buy it 😆 It is refreshingly fruity 💖 delicious!
Hi HinaHanaMama, good evening😊Yesterday it was lukewarm and half as tasty, but today it tastes so good 😋✨I guess it's pear-like 🤔.
I love hamburgers, grated this time of year 💖.
Tenbi after a long time. Muscat type aroma. It has a strong effervescence! The sweetness leads to the umami of rice, and the slight bitterness lingers for a long time.
It's supposed to be a 15% original sake! It is certainly solid in flavor and does not feel watered down. It has a clean, clean taste with a nice sharpness. It is not too floral and has a delicious sweetness to it, highly recommended.

Hatsu Tenmi. Also known as Hakuten.
The aroma is clear and gorgeous with sweetness.
Sourness and bitterness are moderate.
The taste is full-bodied and umami.
Although this is not related to Tenbi, there are so many brands that I have never had before that I cannot keep up with their consumption these days.

[Description]
Brewed with Yamada-Nishiki and No. 9 yeast, it is carefully and precisely hi-iruji-iruji-iruji-iruji-iruji-iruji with an attention to temperature difference of 1 degree. It has a mild and refreshing aroma, soft sweetness and acidity like white grapes, and a freshness reminiscent of citrus fruits. It is a sake that goes well with meals.
