Cold ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hot Hot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I preferred it hot. It was delicious with a little bit of lightness left even when heated. It was great with the bluefin squid we got.

At home in Hiroshima, the snack was seseri-yaki (grilled seseri). Tenbi is good after all. It is my favorite sake from Yamaguchi.

Tenbi's summer sake! It's nice to meet you, Mr. Hotaruten. The aroma is apple and pineapple. The taste is sweet and juicy, as is typical of Tenbi, but the mouthfeel is very silky. The light but voluminous taste is accentuated by the sharp bitterness.

Business trip to Yamaguchi Another first for me in Shin-Yamaguchi! I've been to many places near the station that seem to have a good selection of sake, so I went to a place about 7-8 minutes walk from the station. This is the 9th restaurant in the area around Shin-Yamaguchi station where there are not many restaurants (sorry locals 🙇 ), and I'm doing a pretty good job of exploring the area 🤣. I'll try this one today, Amami. If the store is not that particular about sake, it only lists the brand on the menu. I'd like to know what it is, but I often don't ask 🙇. I'd like to know, but I often don't ask 🥴. What came out this time was Momoten🍑 light nigori. I haven't had this one, first time! It was good! But is it out of season? 😅 When you drink it, is it sweet and sour? I'd say it's more sweet than sour. Clean, clean, fresh, a little fruity. Fresh, a bit fruity. Muscat type? Delicious 😋. I liked this place.

2025.75th. This is Tenbi's new product, Hotaruten. Until now, Yukiten, Momoten, Hakuten, and Kuroten have all been unofficial nicknames, but for the first time an official has taken this on and named it Hotaruten, lol. As for the taste, it is relatively subdued among Tenbi. It seems to be a summer sake, but it can be drunk all year round. It is not flashy, and the taste is different from the image of Amami's past products. Personally, I think I prefer Momoten, but there are many different tastes, so I think it is good to have a varied lineup. Thank you very much for the meal.

Choshu Shuzo Tenbi Junmai Ginjyo Light Nigori Nama-zake (Momoten) The aroma is just like ripe peaches. Sweet and gassy, with bitterness and umami spreading in the mouth with a delay. It finishes with a nice kick. Delicious 🥰.
