I finally got a day off in lieu of working on a holiday in February. The weather was nice, but I didn't like the pollen, so I changed my clothes and did some decluttering. I also took a nap 💤.
I'm going to have some Momoten, which is better to drink in this season. It's freshly squeezed, so it's full of bubbles. The supernatant is sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. The sweetness and bitterness become stronger as it is mixed. The bitterness comes later, so when you put it in your mouth, you will feel happy and say "sweet and delicious💕" 😁.
It was the first week in a long time that I did not go to Nagano, but I will be back next week....

First of all, without the oriji...hmmm...! It's sweet and sour!
The sharpness from there is the same as ever!
It's been a while since I last drank it, so I can't tell the difference, but I don't think it's any less delicious.
It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness and sharpness.
The aftertaste has some alkalinity and a unique aftertaste.
I don't know if I felt this the last time I drank it or not, because it is not mentioned in any of the previous posts...
