Today we opened this bottle💁.
It is Tenbi Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-junshu from Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.
This year's Kuroten is also consistently good ☺️

A bottle that I bought at the brewery on a business trip.
When I opened the cork, I heard the sound of air leaking out.
And then a "siphon" sound, which is always a nice sound!
The aroma is hard to describe, but it smells fresh and slightly vanilla-like.
The mouthfeel is a bit chili, then a bit gassy, and then a bit refreshing, but it doesn't linger.
It is light and light, just like the name "Lite".
It is a sake that makes you feel that sake is delicious!
Your move is complete✅.
Finished the work afterwards, now let's do some 🤏.
shigi38, Port Town Monkichi, temporarily closed, full house, couldn't get in.
It's snowing steadily outside: ☃️
Then let's try this place.
Ajihyakusen, a long-established restaurant 💯.
We were told to go to the counter in front of the first table.
We shake off the snow, take off our coats, and look intently at the sake menu.
Oh, I'll have this one, Yukiten!
The owner opens the bottle slowly, slowly, slowly.
The sizzle of the first sip!
It's full of what Kotori-san often calls "chiri-chiri-ness"!
It tastes like Sakura Sakura Sakura nigori!
It's the season for new sake!
I'd like to enjoy it tonight with a light side dish 😊.
a little bit of knowledge
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
Hello Shin-san 🐥.
I finally had a taste of Yukiten ❗️ it was a delicately delicious sake with a fine chili texture 😚.
Thank you for your recent move 😌I'm glad you'll be able to spend more time settling down with less frequent travel ✨.
It has been a very long time, Kotori-san, and it has already been a year since we met Mr. and Mrs. J&N and Kotori-san. It's almost the season for Jikkai Aizan, isn't it? Everyone is drinking and enjoying Yukiten. Colonel Lal is also 🍶.
Sake, which I had been avoiding because I thought I needed to lose some weight.
But today was the first time I drank sake in a long time!
I couldn't resist and bought a bottle.
No gassiness, mild taste.
The sweetness is clean and the alcohol is strong.
I was so excited!
I couldn't stop moaning!

Amami after a long time. The second bottle of new sake. This was the first time for me to drink Kuroten, but it tastes more refreshing than Shirouten. It has the fruity flavor that is typical of Tenbi, but at the same time, it has a slight sparkle that can only be found in new sake, making it an easy-drinking sake suitable for everyday drinking.
High-end sake is fine, but in the end, I like this kind of standard sake for everyday drinking.
I have already ordered Yukiten, and am looking forward to another year of nigori sake.
By the way, I think I'll stop ranking nigori sakes this year.
Tenbi is also relatively easy to find, so it has become a sake that I would like to use for everyday drinking as much as Sengoku. I am looking forward to drinking it again.
Thank you for the sake.
I'm on my way home from shopping 😊.
I looked at the menu and wondered why...summer sake❓
I asked the owner and he said he forgot to serve it 😆.
Then let's drink it and order it: ☝️
I haven't had any of Amami's summer sake 😁.
It's a summer sake, so it has a crisp taste and acidity, it's very refreshing 😊.
This is delicious 😆.
Good evening, Kano-san😄.
You were lucky to find such a good sake with leftovers ✌️ summer sake in the season of new sake 😆 What a fateful encounter, maybe next year you and Amami will have a happy ⁉️
Good evening, Kano-san!
Amami here was also highly rated 🎵.
I would love to try this sake next year 😋.
It's also delicious to stop by for a quick drink on the way home from shopping 🤤.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😊.
It's been a while since I had a little drink ✨
Actually, before I left, I was thinking about having a drink on the way home, but don't tell my wife 😅.
Amami Shinshu Junmai Ginjyo Nigori Nama Yuki Ten
Rating 4.4
15% alcohol by volume (undiluted), Yamadanishiki rice, 60% polishing ratio, No. 901 yeast
This sake combines the natural umami and subtle sweetness of moromi sake with the fine gassiness typical of Amami and accented by a refreshing acidity. The gorgeous sweetness spreads on the palate, and the mouthfeel is crisp.
The initial aroma is of muscat, with some berry notes.
The nigoromi (cloudy) taste is mellow, but the acidity is effective and refreshing. Silky mouthfeel. Slightly sharp. Dry aftertaste.
