Tochigi Prefectural Association Autumn Party 🍁⑮ Staggered steps lead us to the second party at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) where we can drink until 7:00 a.m. the next morning 🤤. This is the first time I've had Sakuta sake. It has a mild aroma, but is slightly sweet and smooth on the palate, with a nice finish that goes well with everything 😚. The melt-in-your-mouth taste of mentaiko cheese and dashimaki tamago...a synergistic effect of deliciousness ❕ 😆 Great! And we drank one more kind of sake 🙄 I couldn't remember the brand name even though Mr. Yasusake next to me told me many times 🤪. Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Banquet 🍁 That was the end of the party 😌 I was able to fully recharge my batteries with the nourishment of my mind ❤️ gauge shaken off ❕ I look forward to getting together with you all again 😘!

Hello Kotori🐣. Sakuta's Tokujun is quite good as a food sake. On its own, it's a little lackluster though 🙄.

It's been a while since I've had a drink at home! When I think of Aomori Prefecture, Toyo cup and Tasake come to mind, but have I ever had this sake before? Sakuta...... is clean and crisp. It has a discreet yet umami flavor. I have the impression that this sake can be enjoyed as a food sake rather than as a stand-alone sake. This kind of sake is better served at room temperature than chilled. It is a little different from my taste, but it is an easy-drinking sake that goes down smoothly!

FUJIYAMA
Today's sake is a junmai from Sakuta in Shichinohe town, Aomori prefecture❗️The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo❗️❗️ A sip of this sake will fill your mouth with a rich mellowness❗️, then a pause, followed by a sharp spiciness, with a subtle hint of ginjo on the nose❗️

After all, summer ended without watching or doing fireworks this year. So I opened a bottle of sparklers. As I thought, it was the best summer sake of the summer. It has a gorgeous moderate acidity. Low alcohol content while retaining the umami of the rice. It is a great snack. Rice used: Hanabukiyuki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +5 Acidity: 1.5 ALC: 14%.

I've come to like the most recent summer sake I've had, Senkohanabi. It seems to be a very limited production summer sake. It has a gorgeous moderate acidity. It has a light and smooth taste with low alcohol content while retaining the umami of the rice. This is the most accurate description. I bought a four-pack bottle at Izumiya, a corner shop. Rice used: Hanabukiyuki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter: +5 Acidity: 1.5 ALC: 14%.
