My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.

At Simme, Kanda The restaurant is called Komaizumi, but when I asked them about it, they told me it was Sakuta from the Komaizumi series! I had drunk Sakuta before, but I didn't know it was called Komaizumi, Delicious and well-balanced!

The usual Aomori and Iwate stores buy Slightly golden in color I heard it's a sake made from Aomori rice. When drunk cold, it has a sweet and slightly sour taste. It is easy to drink and has a refreshing feeling when drunk lukewarm.

I got it on a recent business trip to Aomori. First time in Sakuta. The taste is quite refreshing. You can feel the taste of rice. This is possible.

I am traveling to Aomori. The top aroma is modest. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor with hints of caramel and brown sugar. Aomori's typical sharp and slightly spicy sake is quite tasty. It may also be delicious heated 🦆.
