My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.

My wife bought it. at our favorite liquor store. Sake is the incarnation of rice paddies. She was attracted by this message. It is very profound. The taste is very dry! The sharpness! It is good with a meal! Fish, for example.

My first Aomori sake. I had never heard of this brand, but I bought it for some reason. One sip and I was shocked! It was so smooth in the mouth and soaked into my body without any resistance. It was juicy and melon-like, but it was light and disappeared like light snow. I was delighted to have found a good sake after a long time.

In fact, it was my first time to visit Sakuta. It's not so useful for me because the first time is active, but I want to enjoy a refreshing sakuda in summer. So I opened the bottle immediately! The label on the bottle makes you think it is sweet, but it is surprisingly dry and dry. Of course, it is good as it is, but it is a good active nigori that would go well with a variety of dishes.
