A light, dry sake with a modest aroma.
Although it is aluzo-sweetened, it has a low acidity and a mild taste, and it does not change its sharpness even when heated.

Masurao, Monzennakacho
Sake made from 100% Hidahomare, a sake rice that seems to be suited to the Takayama region of Gifu Prefecture. The name of the sake is "Reisen".
It has a complex aroma and sweetness with a fruity flavor. It has a strong body with a slight koji flavor.
It has a mild taste with less freshet for a freshly squeezed raw sake. It has a delicious, mildly sweet flavor.
After a few days, the sweet and sourness increased.
It was my first time to drink luisen, but I would like to try the regular junmai sake next time.
