#Funabori
We had a bottle of "Yuzumi" Autumn Sake 🍂.
Light acidity and full-bodied with a firm sweetness,
I can feel the spiciness afterwards👍.
Even the wife says it's delicious😅.
I think it's a well made sake 😆.
It has been a while since I hit on my favorite type. I have never tasted Yuyamanishiki sake rice before, but it is delicious. It is delicious, yet easy to drink. It is a good sake!
At the usual restaurant
This one was given after Shin Tsuchida on the 22nd. ☺️
It is low al but has a nice aroma and was refreshing.
I was very happy with it. 😆
Roast beef to go with it.
This is my first time drinking Yuyamanishiki sake rice.
It has a slightly sweet taste with a slight umami flavor. The aroma is also nice, with a melon aroma that comes without insistence when you put it in your mouth.
It is a carefully crafted sake.
The sake was created to have a "masculine taste and sharpness, with a lingering aftertaste.
Hmmm? What does masculine taste mean ......?
...But, putting the details aside, it's a "tokugin" (ginjo-shu) even though it's a daiginjo in terms of specs!
The top aroma is not a gorgeous type, but it is elegant and gentle. ☺️
The taste is also elegant and mellow, with just the right amount of acidity while retaining the umami of the rice... and then it goes straight to the end (hard to explain).
In a good sense, it has no peculiarities, and I think it is a sake that goes well with a variety of dishes.
It tastes good chilled, but also at room temperature 😋.
It was the type of sake that you will never run out of 🍶.

Cool and full-bodied - a fine junmai ginjo that looks great on the dinner table
A well-balanced junmai ginjo-shu that is both rich in flavor and crisp.
The light and cool flavor spreads smoothly in the mouth, followed gently by a pleasant aftertaste.
It goes well with Japanese dishes such as sashimi and tempura, as well as with fried dishes and other dishes using oil.
Yummy 😊.
