It's been a long time since I've drunk a bottle of Raizen ❗️. The aroma is subdued for a Daiginjo🤔. The taste is generally dark and robust😊. I can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice but I can also feel the alcohol as well😅. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.

Outside drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Special A District, Hyogo Prefecture The color is clear. There is little fragrance. On the palate, it has a slightly alty feel. Slight sweetness that is quickly drowned out by a banana🍌 flavor. Banana🍌 flavor. Rice🌾 sweetness and umami. The mouthfeel is clean. The sweetness and umami of rice with a low alcohol content. Sake that seems to go well with a variety of foods 🍶.

Sake Mukunin Hatsu Shibori Nama Zake Sake that is easy to drink, with an umami taste that gives way to a grape-like astringency. Easy to drink. Some people may be bothered by the aftertaste. But it's good!
